Horrible place . Worst I've been too . Something must've switched because the first time about a year ago I believe had 2 other ladies in it and they were so nice . Now it has a lady and some guy who are not nice , helpful , nor professional. Place smells moldy , and it's hotter inside than it is outside . What's funny is that the guy actually turned on the ac and she yelled at thim to turn it off. Whole time they were unprofessional. I hardly leave bad reviews even when I probably should but I couldn't leave it alone this time. There were scissors in the bathroom, hairs everywhere like someone was grooming in there. They clearly hadn't cleaned. Some one came in and said it smelled moldy and the guy said "if you don't like it ,or it's so bad leave!!!" they must not be the owners because who would do that. Last time we will be there. Only came because we had to this time. Doesn't seem safe to begin with . Sad that this had to be said. I would go elsewhere . Also machines aren't great so that doesn't make it worth it either.

Half the washers and dryers don't work.
The 25cent bubble gum machines are useless. No vending machine option

All 2023 I had to come here because the late hours worked with my schedule and I didn’t have a dryer. I remember my clothes regularly coming out damp despite how much time or if I split up the clothes. I remember one time having a good conversation with another lone patron in the parking lot after finishing our laundry, and “someone” called the police on us to check a noise complaint. The police came looking so confused because there was nothing to do or say to us. I remember occasionally walking my dog outside while waiting for laundry, and sometimes the workers dog would be out too— No problems. But one day, the owner thought my dog was trying to enter and she starts repeatedly screaming “you have a pitbull!” I was like, lady, you’ve seen this dog plenty times, he’s not going inside, and it’s a border collie. Didn’t say it to her face because last thing I needed was my clothes being locked in her store. I hope there’s been improvements.

Location is close to my apartment. If you go alot, you know the machines to use and the ones to stay away from. Please inspect the machine for mold of debris(trash, feces etc..) before use.
Dog ? poop on the floor in multiple places but other than that ok i guess. They don't require a mask on entry. Which is ok.
I never expect 5 star treatment. I know what to expect and im completely find with that. I can get my laundry loads washed and dried under an hour so that's good.
Just a bit of curiosity. I wanna see that secret old person that's behind the back counter. For years I would ring that bell and who ever that is would struggle to try to get up.
The most common people I see is the Asian older lady. The young adult son(he use to work at the wal-mart). The middle aged Asian man. And the dog.........

#14 dryer had feces in it which i didn't find until after drying my bedding. After pointing it out to the owner she tried to blame it on me . She is filthy and rude 0/ 10 do not recommend

⚠️⚠️⚠️ fecal matter in dryer ⚠️⚠️⚠️ we had a white comforter in a dryer and there was poop in it!! Took it up with the manager who threw it away. Didn’t even sanitize the machine. She had the nerve to ask us to not tell anyone there was poop in the dryer!! Disgusting establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves.
