I'm usually very picky with my nails I'm very critical of bubbles and detail work and she did a phenomenal job! 10 out of 10 would be going back again

Salon was dirty. The technician’s station was dirty. Layers of nail dust everywhere. She did not clean things as she went. I asked for an American French tip. I requested a thin white tip as I don’t like a thick white tip. Technician did thick. When I asked her to redo she stated her way looked better. I told her since I was paying for the service I’d like it done to MY request. She thinned the tip somewhat. I got an abundance of oil on my cuticles to the point of dripping. No lotion, no hand massage. The technicians own nails looked dirt, polish was 1/2 on, 1/2 off. Overall experience not good. I won’t return.Service: Gel manicures

Very disappointed! My pedicure after nail polish looked like, I had it done 6 weeks ago and I just had it done and my tips and nail polish looked the same and the women was putting a different color other then what was on my toes and when telling her this she had a melt down over it and after trying to show her the different color she argued that it was the same color, which it clearly was not! I will never go back there! I notice the rating was 3.0 it really should be 1.0 she really needs anger management classes because, she is chasing clients away!

Very bare bones, but if you’re looking for quick & cheap, you might like it.Theres just no massage to it. I’d pay an extra $5 for good little massage. All in all, for the price, it’s okay. I don’t think I’ll be going back though.

I came to this place today to get a fill in and the service was horrible the lady who did my nails change the price 3x. I came in looking to get a fill in on my real nails and gel polish she told me fill in 15.00 and for gel clear 5.00 more which would have been 20.00 I was fine with that. Then I was looking at a cute white color and I ask how much would it be for the white gel polish instead of the clear she said 30.00 I was like no I’ll go with the gel clear she said sorry it’s 25.00 15 for fill in and 10.00 for white gel polish. So whenever proceed to pay she said 30.00 agian so I ask her are you sure because you told me 25.00 15.00 for fill and 10.00 for gel polish color she was so upset because I was trying to figure out what was I indeed paying for which is normal I left out of they and my nails look horrible never agian will I come here. She don’t have any communication skills at all.

I hate that they don’t have a full staff in there like they did when they open up here in Edmond a few years ago. I had always went there. I only goes there for my eyebrows and she’s always on point with that. It’s never a complaint with her.
