We had our engagement celebration at Elms & Oaks on August 9th, 2025. It was perfect! The guests were in awe of the lovely views of a vista from a storybook era. Massive old trees provided numerous canopies for shade and even more views further into the open woods where a flowing waterfall into the creek runs through the property. The interior space was large with open spaces to other areas. There was more than enough space for our guests to enjoy an easy flow for dining, dialog and dancing.
It was truly enchanting. The interior is contemporary and classic.
The entire evening was flawless and easy. I encourage everyone to take a tour of Elms & Oaks Venue for whatever gathering you are planning.

Elms and Oaks is a beautiful venue. We held our 50th high school reunion here and had a wonderful experience. Planning and preparation was so easy because the Elm and Oaks staff was so accommodating and helpful. There was a coordinator on site and always available for questions and needs.
The grounds and facility recently got a beautiful makeover and afforded us perfect photo opportunities as well as comfortable accommodations.
The price is very reasonable and affordable. The location is central to many restaurants, hotels and highways making it easily accessible for out-of-town guests as well as local ones.
I highly recommend Elms and Oaks for your next celebration whether it is a reunion, wedding or any get-together.
