Very clean and professional. Would have been 5 stars, but they more than doubled my rent after a couple months. From $75 to $185. Forgot to inform me at the beginning that the online rate was only to lure you in and subject to surprise market adjustment. The guy on the phone told me the company just uses the online rate to get people in, then ups the rent after they get settled in and get all their stuff moved.

They raised my rate from $130 to $200. Within one year. Also, it was a hassle to use the dumpster. You have to get the key to unlock it from manager and I was always told it the dumpster was full and couldn’t be used. Be sure to check out other storage facilities before using them. Others offer a lock in rate, moving truck fee and easy access to dumpster.
