We spent the morning checking out a few storage facilities in Edmond and ultimately chose Extra Space Storage because of Kendra’s awesome service. She was quick, informative, and knew exactly what we needed. She toured us around the property, helped us figure out the right unit for our needs, and got everything reserved for us in maybe 10 minutes total from when we walked through the door. Seriously top-notch service. What I figured would be one of the more frustrating parts of our moving process ended up being the easiest. Thanks Kendra!

Friendly office workers-always, although we have been there for about 2 or so years— there has been so much turnover in their office staff (at least 4 turn overs), just as bad as them out pricing their units…
Corporate side is greedy and keeps raising rents so much to make people to leave. Usually there’s 2-3 move outs but they raised rents this time where about 20 or so have moved out, including us. Corporate greed just destroys the ability to afford these. They said it’s due to the market but the market is not rising in our area, it’s dropping!! So that is just a bad excuse..
We moved to a new storage facility that is not corporate- better unit, less money-saving $180, had power for our trailer batteries included and we got 80sqft more… We are so much happier at our other place!!
Our suggestion is to not go to a corporate storage unit company like Extra Storage, waste of money. IMO-Find a private and friendly storage company…..
