They have gotten better in our area and they have attempted now to deliver all packages correctly.

Fedex training workers to lie & patronize it's consumer in return for cheap labor. We have discontinued our services and will no longer used them after package to be delivered for wife's funeral wasn't delivered lied about location pickup hours

Lied about coming to my door i checked the cameras also multiple people were home and why do i need to be home for a delivery just drop it off at the door
