Had to make a brief stop while on business travel. Store manager Jide was excellent; courteous, helpful and efficient. I also noticed he was very patient with an older customer. I couldn’t have been happier.

Ther delivery is no good never look up the address of shipping list is the right address or the right place. They are just dropped off and left.
I bought something online, and they give it to the wrong address always until now, still the same. I call the customer service you know what they're told me to look around And then ask your neighbors.
I didn't know it was my job to be suspicious of the things I buy or ordered online.
Or is it my responsibility after they said they already sent it?
Why the Fedex!!! doesn't check or ask the employees if they are doing a job?

Terrible experience at this FedEx location. The employee who took my photo clearly had no idea what they were doing. The first picture was too dark, and when I pointed it out, they adjusted it—but even then, the final version did not meet compliance standards when I tried to upload it. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place if you need a professional photo done right.

This is the worst FedEx location I’ve ever dealt with. Most of the staff seem lazy and lack any sense of urgency or willingness to assist customers. I stood at the counter for several minutes while both Keith and Tyessha ignored me and other customers who walked in. Tyessha, in particular, was rude and completely unhelpful.
That said, Katrina was fantastic—very helpful and professional. It’s a shame the rest of the team doesn’t share her work ethic. Unfortunately, because of multiple poor experiences, I won’t be returning to this location.

I get all the bad reviews. I rarely leave reviews this negative but I think this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had as far as customer service goes.
If you work in a place with printers and computers for people to use and are annoyed by the people needing assistance to use these items then maybe get a different job??? Common sense tells me that if these people are here to use printers or computers it’s because they aren’t things they normally have access to and use on a regular basis… so, of course they aren’t going to know how to work them.
I can’t understand why some people are needlessly rude. It’s not your fault if you’re having a bad day but it’s your fault if you are projecting your nasty attitude on the people around you!

Honestly this place really sucks. I’m not one to complain about things but it’s so chaotic there. First of all they close at 7, the one in Norman closes at 8 so the hours kind of suck. I got there at like 6:30 to ship somthing important. Everyone was so rude. rushing me the entire time and then they printed the wrong address on my 85 dollar shipping label. Despite the fact I literally showed them the address on my laptop. I didn’t even notice the mistake because I was in a hurry to get out since they were rushing me so much. They were like, hurry and do the label because they’re going to turn off the electricity (mind you it was like 7:10pm) and also it took forever for them to print some documents I needed. Now I have to go back tomorrow and ask them to correct it. This is super inconvenient because I live in Norman.

The worse customer service I’ve seen at a fed ex. No greeting when you walk in, waiting while nobody says a word. Helped the lady who got off the line and was not prepared behind me, and I’m still waiting as I type this. Just sad.

Employees are worthless. Spoke with Timarie and Keith about a same day printing of a 24x36” poster board. They said they did have poster board, but neither of them were qualified to print on foam board. I then asked to print on 24x36” paper which they were allowed to do, but they were not allowed to sell a 24x36” foam board that was blank which would have allowed me to glue the paper onto it. I went as far as suggesting they sell me the foam board for the price of a printed foam board and they claimed a store policy was in effect preventing them from selling blank items. Complete incompetence at this store. Employees showed a lack of respect for all other customers in the business for the hour I spent here.

Keith behind the desk was clearly inebriated. Looked for a few minutes for my package then told me it wasn’t there. He just kept saying it wasn’t there. So I called customer service because Keith was unwilling to do anything except check the shelf where the package should have been. After 15 minutes with customer service, they confirmed it was there. Caitlyn (Katelynn?) walked by and asked what my last name was for the package. She then looked, didn’t find it. I told her I just confirmed that it is in fact here. Lo and behold, she looked ON THE SAME SHELVING and found the package. I believe if Keith would have been of clear mind then this entire situation could have been avoided. I will be contacting store and district managers to further voice my displeasure.

Good they’re open until 7pm. Got to do what needed to be done fast and easy. Found staff to be helpful and understanding.
