I cannot say enough great things about this tire store! I recently discovered a nail in my tire and was worried about the cost and time it would take to repair. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient.
Despite it being the busy holiday season, they quickly assessed the damage, explained the repair process in a way I could easily understand, and got right to work. The whole repair was completed in no time, and my tire is as good as new!
Their kindness and the quality of service was exceptional.
If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy place to take care of your tires, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire needs. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a car emergency shortly before store was suppose to close. Called store thinking I’d have to wait until following business day (reasonably so) but Zach and his team were more than willing to help me right away. I pulled up and him and his team were ready to help. They all could have easily told me to set up an appointment and come by the following day, but the exact opposite happened. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend this place because they know what they are doing and are genuinely kind people. 10/10.

I took my vehicle here to fix a coolant leak. They did their inspection, told me I was low on oil, I okayed an oil change. I get the car back, then I start leaking oil. Since it was a simple oil change, I assumed that was not the cause and it was something more sinister; you know what they say when you assume. I buy oil to fill up the oil compartment while saving money to get this issue fixed.
I finally have some money saved and make an appointment with another mechanic to fix the problem. Not even 15 minutes after taking the vehicle back, he calls me to show me the issue. I am having an internal panic attack, assuming it’s a dire, expensive situation. Nope. Once again, you know what they say when you assume. Firestone did not tighten the oil filter.
The underside of the carriage is dirty with oil, I spent unnecessary money on bottles of oil, and I had been making myself sick with stress for nothing. Luckily, the other place charged me nothing. Problem fixed.
I am hesitant about how well this place can handle bigger tasks if they cannot even handle a simple oil change.

I had an oil change and a tire rotation. They did a great job and got me in and out in less than an hour! Great service!

Don't go here unless you want to be lied to and screwed over and customer service is a joke you call them and you may get replied by to in 2-3 days only gave 1 star because you have to

I went in there last week and the guy who was helping me had brown hair and glasses and he was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for making my day with two new tires and an oil change your a lifesaver and an angel.

1st bad review for Firestone:
I paid $300 and change for a new battery & oil change. I will admit, I picked up car after a week, because I didn't have money. When I pick up car, it won't start. Understandable since it's been a week.
Guy jumps my car and assures me everything is fine. I get home, and after a couple of hours, THE CAR WON'T START!!
Now what? My car is stuck at my apartment, and I cannot afford another tow, or to file another claim with my insurance.
Firestone please make this right.

I have been doing business at this location for about 5 years. They are always helpful and friendly, especially if I need a few extra days to pick up my vehicles. The turnaround time, maintenance and repair costs have always been reasonable.

I normally go here for any tires/tire repair and often for oil changes. Really like the staff, pricing, and friendly service so I didn't think anything of it when I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation two days ago for today, 7/31/2024. They have serviced my car before and I have firestone tires on my car.
They scheduled me for 8am today. At 9:30, I get a call that they've completed a vehicle inspection. By 10:15, I still hadn't heard anything so I called them. Jarod told me that he ordered a part they knew they needed at 9:40-ish and were waiting for delivery. Finally able to pick it up after 10:30am. Basically held my car hostage for two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Especially frustrating because I picked the 8am time slot so it would be done way before the time I had to go to a different appointment (11:30am). There was no communication and if I hadn't called, who knows when I would've had my car back. Why schedule an appointment if you're not going to stick to that time?
