Always great, friendly service. I have used Firestone in Edmond for almost 30 years and they have always treated me right. Always impressed by Nick the manager and the quality of their work.

Never once have I had a bad experience. In fact, Nick always goes out of his way (calls other stores to check product, updates me personally, advises me on fairness of market prices) to help me. Makes me feel like a priority as a customer, not just next client. I’ve had the opportunity to use other tire places, but I’ve even once chosen to have my vehicle towed from far across the city to THIS Firestone. That’s the level of trust I have in Nick.

Took my truck in for brake pads and alignment at 1130 am and was told it would take a couple hours,went back at 430,5 hours later and they still hadnt even looked at my truck,now i have to take a day off monday to try and find someone to do the work..thx for nothing firestone

Nick West (Store Manager) and the others worker’s customer service were top notch! My front shield was dragging and they squeezed me in within minutes and took the time to make sure my shield was attached safely so I could be on my way. It’s not very often that you find a place these days that takes care of you like you are their own family. 10/10 would recommend!
