I was a resident at Fountain lake for a year. My lease was coming close to ending so I called to renew my lease. Just until I could find a house so I requested to pay on a month to month basis. I then was fortunate enough to find the perfect house to purchase. When I called to get information on the exit process I was notified I’d owe 3 times rent for leaving the early. Now finding out the leasing agent had signed me up for a full lease I asked to change to a month to month basis since it was within the first week of the new lease. I was told sorry, it is too late now. I asked to speak with the office manager since I wasn’t able to get in contact. Still the leasing agent never contacted the manager. Under the stress of moving into the new house seamlessly I paid the move out fee. Once moved out I brought the issue up again just to be told if I called earlier to change to a month to month basis they could have changed it. The fountain lake staff is only worried about making the most money possible without providing adequate customer service. If you want to be taken advantage of this is the company you should sign up with!

had a problem that required maintenance the other day, and the maintenance staff member Justin came to help me as soon as I was available. He was patient and waited for me to get home which goes a long way for me. he's professional, and great with animals. My dog gets severe anxiety from ppl being in my home but she loved Justin and it ended up being a great interaction. he's a true craftsman, and I couldn't be more appreciative that he's apart of the staff here. thanks fountain lake for having such a great maintenance staff. continued service at this level of hospitality has been the trend here with the maintenance staff. each interaction continues to give me a positive outlook on the complex and I couldn't be more grateful.

The most horrible experience in my life !!!!!!! Luxury ?? lol you guys really have no idea about what that mean . Expensive for nothing not clean at all door always broken smell bad also scorpion problem spider problem never solved ! The workers think the own the place don’t even live there plus they still my husband money for clean carpet omg never see residence don’t change the carpet just clean it when people leave the appartement shame on you !!! Luxury lol 😂 stiller

The best place to live ‼️ Alan Levine and his maintenance staff are the best ‼️ Any time anything needs attention or fixed, it is taken care of in a very timely manner ‼️ The office staff are very friendly and accommodating ‼️

Fountain Lake staff is always ready to help and respond quickly! When snow and ice hit they are out promptly to clear paths so we can get out for work or supplies! I appreciate you guys!
