Not sure how this is an overall 5 star. My father took his truck there for help. He started to work on and rebuild the truck and got in over his head. I will say the trucks front end was in pieces. He did his research and looked at reviews and landed on this place.
Unfortunately for him these people like to really take their time. Understandable for the state of the vehicle that they said they could work on and fix. However, what is just out right not right is they started working on and “completed” his truck. (Had he looked at the one star reviews he would have found out these people don’t like to communicate.)
With all that being said. When they finally contacted him after months of waiting from the initial drop off. They did things that he wouldn’t have had them do if they didn’t just do it themselves. He went to pick up the truck was slapped with a high bill. Understandable again with the state of the truck. And would have been fine if they actually did anything they said they did.
He paid for the truck as he was told everything was done and was ready to go home. Except that didn’t happen truck didn’t even run. How do you have and work on a truck for months say it’s finished take someone’s money and it’s still not running.
He then left it again for them to get it running. Again no communication on when it’s done he had to just go up there and get the truck. Truck came in with 4 of the exact same tires came out with one different. No explanation. Said the oil was changed it wasn’t. Oil filter from 2023 was still on it. Truck has no oil in it as of further investigation either. Truck is overheating, breaks don’t work, and front end is “put together” ish. Who used two non nylocks, non locking nuts in place of the castle nut?
All in all I’d highly recommend not going to this place. At this point they have taken his money and ran. Not much else one can do at the end of the day other than living and learning.
Moral of the story this could have gone very differently. Had they just been open and honest up front. Called him scheduled a time to go over everything with him in person. I think things could have been different.

Called and scheduled 3-4 weeks ago for some parts to be put on my truck. Showed up to get them installed and was told “we don’t have those parts in stock anymore but we can order them and get it done or put in a $3200 part instead.” Ordering them doesn’t do me any good as I am from out of state and scheduled this to be done before I leave. Not very happy with the lack of communication and organization. Shop shouldn’t have agreed to service the truck if they weren’t able to provide the parts that are very easily ordered and delivered from the manufacturers website.

Had a great experience. I called and spoke with Tony about rebuilding the differential in my work truck. He commented to getting it in and getting it finished in a day or so. Was hoping to have it back by closing on Friday but due to the wrong seals being delivered, he had a mechanic come in on Saturday to finish it and get it back to me. Many Thanks to Tony, Kenna and John. Back to work on Monday it is. Definitely nice to deal with people who do what they say they will.

Tony is great, this guy truly loves his job and has one heck of a shop to go with it. These guys get the job done with any diesel you have. and here’s a bonus, if you have a classic car that you need some help with, Tony loves to work on those so give him a call!

had these folks tear an old 1st gen lift kit off my 07 lbz and replaced it with an updated knuckle lift kit and basically rebuild my front end ( tie rods , idler , pitman , kryptonite upper arms etc) they did a great job , quality work. explained what they were doing and why which was a huge plus. truck rides like a dream now and they definetley offered solutions to my concerns and did the work right. great job guys

Tony at Full Pull Diesel worked on my 2008 LMM Duramax 2500 and did a awesome job. I would recommend Full Pull to anyone with a diesel or gas engine. I am a Shadetree mechanic myself, but Tony and his team did a awesome job. I will defiantly have Full Pull Diesel work on any of my trucks in the future.

Had some work done on a 06 LBZWork was solid didnt do it exactly like we discussed.Was charged for a switch to go between tunes that never showed up....never heard from them. I have to go back up there and get my money back.
