Worst goodwill in Edmond. Worth avoiding, very unorganized and not clean at all. Danforth goodwill and Penn/164th are WAY better

I buy things here to donate to the homeless. They really do overprice things though. The prices for used blankets that are need dry cleaning are absolutely ridiculous.Nonetheless the furniture is unbelievably inexpensive.

Heather probably shouldn’t be the manager of a store if she is going to have a bad attitude; be rude to customers, and belittle her employees while they are trying to check people out.

The workers at this location are hateful and mean towards children. Every Goodwill I’ve shopped at has been great, except for this one.

Horrible female day manager. Rude, condescending. Horrible example to her staff

The prices keep climbing! Outrageous.EDIT: Goodwill has completely lost it. $2.99 for an empty bottle of grocery store olive oil. This should have been trashed immediately.

Management is at its lowest, rude to customers and potential Employees. I guess they don't want anyone else working at this grand old Goodwill location and possibly taking their job. Maybe if the manager had a better attitude , they wouldn't have to hire people every week.

Went to purchase an item today. When I got to the counter, the cashier scanned it and then called a manager. The manager informed me I could purchase it for nearly 3 times what it was marked. I felt like they were insinuating that someone had changed the tag, instead of a possible discrepancy on their end. The manager wouldn't allow me to purchase it unless I paid the amount he came up with in his head while I stood at the counter. Left it there.

I found a purse behind the counter that I wanted so the sales girl put it under the counter so I could pay when I was finish shopping. When I finished and was checking out, the girl and I both forgot about the purse. I remembered and called on my way home and talk to the manager. He said no problem and put it under the counter for me to pick up the next day (it was already to late to try and make it back before they closed that evening) so around 10:30 the next morning a friend of mine went to pick it up for me ( I knew he could get there before I could) He told the sales girl what happened and she call a manager to the front (a woman manager the one I talked to the night before was male) she told my friend she could not give him the purse because it shouldn’t have put out for sale. That it needed to go to the online store where they would get more money for it. And she was putting it in the box to go there. He argued with her for a minute about it already being set back for me that if the sales girl and I hadn’t been talking and forgot about it that I would have it, and that the manager last night put my name on it so I could pick it up today. Evidently she got a rude and said it shouldn’t have put out in the first place and I wasn’t getting the purse!Anyway I thought this was a little ridiculous over a few dollars that would be made by sending it to the online store when I would have bought it last night if both the sales girl and I hadn’t forgotten it was under the counter. And then extremely rude and bad business for her to then take it back and not let me buy it! Besides the fact she was being very rude herself. Smh… what happened to doing the right thing and being cordial while doing it!Thanks goodwill for being the last straw in my decision to stop donating and shopping at goodwill! I know losing one person doesn’t matter to you.It does matter to my friends and hopefully others who will now exclusively use EARC! For donations and shopping!

Some good finds on name brand stuff if you know what you are looking for. I'm finding all Goodwill stores are breaking down items and selling pieces separately. Examples would be lamp base and shades or small blenders and to go cups. 4 pack of plates $8-10 and not even name brand in okay condition. If you know how to shop, you can find an entire set of dishes for $20 brand new. Their decor was way overpriced; you can find better deals at Ross and Walmart. The sad thing is that I used to donate everything to Goodwill (I purge my home regularly), but I'm not loving their money over customers' ordeal, so I will be donating my items elsewhere.

Molly the "cashier" couldn't and obviously didn't care to answer a question she should have already known. "Do veterans wives receive the military discount as well?". (ID in hand)Noneye contact. A shrug of shoulders and I DONT KNOW.....WOW... after and only after she seen my face she says...I can ask. But that was after she rang everything up....This is why you're at Goodwill Molly. Customer service is ehat keeps people coming back....not merchandise and sure you probably don't care about that either.

This store's prices have gone way up. More than double or triple (specially with the shoes, shoes with no Insoles for $30 ?) of what they should be. We used to go here all the time but now have stopped and are going elsewhere. I think management is trying to make as much as they can so they can receive a bonus. I see a lot of people leaving now without buying because of the high prices. This store is pricing itself out of business and we will be contacting corporate about this issue. Whoever has made the unpopular pricing changes I hope corporate will correct this as visiting this store used to be fun. Not anymore.
