Dylan and Talia were very kind, patient, and helpful during our checkout process. Thank you both for taking time to help us during our visit at your location today! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to shop at Goodwill in Edmond. Quality products + QUALITY SERVICE!

Fairly sure employees here are clueless. Prices are insane for a good will. Anything here should either be in a landfill based off smell alone or is priced 90% retail value. Doesn’t “further the mission” and as a donor I can promise you I want it sold for Pennie’s on the dollar.

I went in browsing for pants and ran across a tv that I couldn't pass up. The employee that helped me was named Megan. She's definitely a looker lol so if you shop here you'll know who I'm referring too. Customer service was great and her personality is through the roof, amazing job helping me. I'm glad I came here and if you decide to shop goodwill, you will be too!!!!

Goodwill went from good to bad as a company fast, please avoid at all cost. Here is why, they charge way more then some of the stores products originally came from such as Walmart. They had dried flowers with a price of $8 on it and on the back side was a Walmart sticker of $4.99. I also found a really bad fake pair of LV shoes which they marked at $145 but they hand written on a sticker, saying not authenticated so they can play dumb if someone called them out on it. Note it is illegal and against the law to sell counterfeit goods. So stop donating to this crummy company. If you donate, do it with Salvation Army or private owned thrift store. Some things they do I guess is good like helping with special needs individuals but they refer to them as assets. WTF

Nice things & clean but Goodwill has started pricing things way too high! $5.59 for kids used flip flops, $21.99 for used kids boots, $21.99 for a used yoga ball, $5.99 for a used dog collar, $5.99 for a earbud case (just the rubber case), etc... I feel like they did not even try to look up what it would cost brand new & just stuck a price on things. When I asked 2 different employees they said we don't price things. Ridiculous! What I'd the point of a thrift store if they cost more than or the same as a store that sales things brand new?

This location is probably one of the best thrift stores I have ever been to. The store itself is HUGE and they carry everything from clothes, to bicycles and scooters to vacuums and televisions and baby monitors, to mini refrigerators and couches all the way to stuffed animals and children's toys. The vast array of items they have to look at had me in their store almost every day last week ( the store happens to be half a mile from my son's school ) and I don't think I've even looked at a quarter of what they have in stock. I had been searching for a dress for my daughter to wear to prom cause let's be honest, who wants to spend hundreds of dollars on a dress they'll wear one time! We are so excited though bc we finally found the perfect dress! Another great quality about this store is if you use your card and it's under $20 you can return an item if it doesn't work out for you if you bring it back within 7 days. I mean...whaaat?! That's so awesome! The only negative thing I can say is that sometimes their prices can be WAY off. Like they have a mirror there right now that they were asking over $550 for! Being that all of the items they sell have been donated I kinda feel that asking that much for a mirror that was donated is kinda crazy. So this store definitely has items that are WAY over priced at times but they make up for it with all the other items they have that aren't unreasonably priced. I would definitely recommend taking a look at this store if you've got some time to kill. Your bound to find something you just can't live without. I know I have just about every time I've gone in here!

Some prices were way to much for a thrift store. A used ninja air fryer and pressure cooker combo for $99.99. That is just insane! A clock that was new in packaging was $21.99. Could have gotten it at the department store for just a little more.
