Came in this morning after the 7am True Grit class for a much anticipated tea and waffle to be told waffles are unavailable because the waffle iron needs to be cleaned? Maybe this waffle iron requires some sort of industrial cleaning? Nevertheless, after the rush of customers settled down the girls working there came out and sat down on the couch to chill. Wait, don’t you have a waffle iron that needs to be cleaned? Confusing and so disappointing, looked forward to that waffle all week.

First time in the store today and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Was greeted with a warm welcome, given an excellent recommendation on a tea, the conversion was pleasant, and I think my favorite part of it all was the good-bye I received. I was having a tough day and I left here in a better mood.

Love their protein shakes for lunch. I'm gluten free and they can make one especially for me. You have to try the gluten-free peanut butter blast. It will not disappoint! Best customer service in town

I was allegedly discriminated against. I was told by female owner I was stalking for months , harassing workers for months and making people feel uncomfortable for months. With zero police reports, documentation or evidence that suggest months of any harassment. This was insulting, disgusting and a disrespectful experience. Please be careful and protect yourself.

Edited review: I reached out in attempts to sign up and was ghosted. Was told they’d be into cub tomorrow and I never heard back. I understand busy, but it’s been weeks. It’s a polite thing when a company values a customers time and effort.
Phillip introduced himself, gave me a lot of great information and let me try a white chocolate snickers shake and a passion fruit tea for free, as it was my first time in. I asked for a catalog before I left and look forward to getting more information about the products. I felt welcomed as soon as I came in. You’re greeted like an old friend. The shop has homey coffee shop vibes and a very laid back atmosphere. I didn’t catch her name, but the girl who brought me my tea did it with a big smile! Also, they walked it to me instead of just sitting it down on the bar. Those extra steps are definitely noticed and add a top tier service quality. I was so happy with my visit I forgot to get pics of the interior and exterior, but it’s easy to spot and has plenty of good parking!

The owner is really nice. Great costumer service and they told me the first time you visiting is free. I got a chocolate shake and I really liked it. Also they gave me information about the macros of the shake and how long it will keep me full. Great service!
