Good service and a decent price. Staff is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Appreciated Christian's help. Been coming here for a couple years and will continue to do so.
EDIT: truck continued to have same issue and Tyler kept truck several days going over it to figure out why issue returned. Very pleased with the result but more so with Tyler and his determination to solve the issue.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husbands tire wasn’t holding air so he took it in and they told him it would be a couple of hours ok no big deal since we were going to be out and about grocery shopping in my car. An hour and half later they call my husband and say it’s ready and the tire is fixed. Cool on so we go pick it up and the same day he took it in the same tire was flat. So he takes in today and they tell him that there was a nail in the side of the tire. So my logical thinking is that they didn’t even take the tire off to inspect it to see why it was going flat they just aired up the tire. So my husband asked them why they didn’t catch this the first time the guy said “I don’t know” and the guy also said “you probably picked up a nail from here to home”. Ok that could happen BUT how likely is it that it is the same exact tire as the day before?? I consider this lazy work and the employees not wanting to do there job. We will not be going back to them at all. Why you ask BECAUSE THEY ARE LAZY.

Had to replace a tire after running over a curb and Hibdon's was able to get me in, get a tire from another location and have my car ready for pickup within a few hours, all for less than $50! Every experience I've ever had w/ Hibdon's has been equally positive. Highly recommend!

Completely worthless. All they want to do is sell you new tires. They will not take the time to listen or even look at your issues.

Excellent service today from Anthony. When the Hibdons on Broadway refused to fix a trailer flat because the trailer was loaded - despite only having 1 customer in the entire store - I called the other Hibdons and Anthony said bring it over. There was prob 12 cars in their shop and 10-12 people in the lobby. No parking spots available at all. Anthony had me pull in and had the tire patches in prob 7-10 minutes. Def 5 stars for the Danforth store. Zero stars for the lazy inept employees at the Broadway location though

I had a vibration when at highway speed. I thought it was a balance issue. The determined that it was a bent wheel. No charge. The did put the bent wheel on the rear to minimize the vibration. Excellent service.

I've been with this location for years 2015 since moving to Edmond. They always treated me right, so I thought. First, I must say I'm a small business owner with 2 trucks, 3 trailers, and 2 cars that hibdons does work and tires on. Recently I has AC issues that were fixed twice in 3 years, same part failed, yet it is labor intensive to fix. Nearly 5k in repairs in 3 years. Next was my brakes same truck. I had a hard petal issue nearly a year ordeal. I had the booster replaced which firestone replaced which helped but still had the Intermittent problem of hard brake petal. I was told it was roters and pads $2400 to replace. I declined that service but got I it replaced, yet the problem Persists. I did notice it's when pulling my trailer. So, as my truck is being served for a faulty AC Part again, Hibdons called and said I needed an oil change my oil was low. Opps yes please do the services, I was charged the cares package, which includes changing oil top all fluids and filters tires and check alignment. In addition checking the hard brake pedle again. They told me they don't see a problem yet if it did it again. Bring it in with the trailer attached. We'll I nearly hit 2 cars the next day brakes were so hard I was coasting thru stop signs. I took the truck and trailer up to hibdon so they can do a quick test drive to understand the importance of the problem. I was told they didn't have time to come back tomorrow. What? No I paid you guys to look at, it's so bad I can't stop. Finally a Mechanic came out and over herd my plead. We'll to find out the brake booster seal was bad. The whole unit was replaced by firestone, the ruber seal causing an massive airleak. My trailer electric brakes were not engaging because I couldn't push the petal down far enough. It was so Intermittent never know when it was going to happen. I went to Autozone got the part myself wham anti lock and trailer brakes fully ingaging for a 5 dollar part. Which brings me to my 1 star review. As my oil was changed my airfilter was not even looked at. It was falling apart and was sucked into my Throttle body causing a brake down. I had to get the truck towed to firestone closer to where i was only to be asked when was your last oil change. It was just a few days ago. Firestone said my filter was not changed and any Mechanic would have done it if they saw it. When I called Hibdon I was told I declined a new filter in 2022 yet it's 2024 and my oil had be chaged regularly . I called corporate they went over all of my records and said I only show you declined the $2400 brake job not a filter. So I'm out another $1,200 in new repairs and $1,000 in wages. To say nothing about $5,000 in two AC repairs. And the headache of having Faulty intermitted break issues. The area or district manager has not called me back in 2 weeks goes to show profits over services. Why wasn't my airfilter checked and yet stated it was ok? Thanks to the mechanic for seeing the bad gromit in the brakeboster that was in numerous times and yet never diagnosed in over a year. I will not be using this location again. Very untrustworthy, Since my brakedown, I've purchased a new truck that Hibdon will never see, being it's diesel and new I'll be taking it to the dealership. I just want to know why the air filter was not looked at yet called about my oil that needed to be changed it was due.

I was told when I check in (without an appt) that it could possibly take til the end of the day to work me in for a flat repair. That would have made my wait time anywhere from 3-4 hours. I understood since I didn’t not make an appt and also did not have anyone to pick me up. I sat down prepared to wait and much toMy surprise, they called my name in about 30 minutes. Very very pleased with the service and them working me in and getting my tire fixed and me out Of There so they could Get someone else in for service.
