Would rate zero stars if possible. Michelle (director) is very rude and condescending. By the looks of these reviews she has made a very dissatisfying impression amongst many of the children, adults, staff, and parents. She leads with a fear-based agenda and speaks to her staff like children. She name-calls her staff and children. Very unfortunate this is the type of leader that is supposed to teach the children. Do not recommend this daycare unless Michelle is removed.

There’s not enough I can say about this daycare. Michelle and her team go above and beyond what you’d expect from a typical daycare. I’ve had my child in The Learning Experience, Childtime, and several other centers over the years, but I have never seen him come home in such a consistently positive way as he does here.
They don’t just watch the kids—they truly teach them. From manners and respect to personal hygiene, the difference has been incredible. My son never wanted to brush his teeth before, and now he asks to do it. He used to avoid washing his hands, and now he does it without being told. Even some minor behavioral issues have improved thanks to the loving ❤️ and intentional care Michelle and her team provide.
This may not be a large chain daycare, but it is exactly what we want for our children: a safe, nurturing place where they’re treated like family. I strongly recommend speaking with Michelle if you’re looking for a daycare that will make a lasting positive impact on your child’s life.

Director is Very condescending to adults and kids further gives no second chances for children who act up. Has other children telling her on kids without checking facts. Lets everyone know if a child misbehaved which brands them a bad kid to their peers. Rude and disrespectful to adults and children. Degrading to children verbally and separates them from others as to shame them infront of their friends. Says out loud child’s name “doesn’t know how to behave” while on phone. So of course other kids are going to treat child as a bad kid so unfair.
I understand this is a difficult job and appreciate child care workers. Do not think my child is perfect by any means but to isolate and make them feel less than is humiliating and unnecessary.
Makes children afraid to say anything or stand up for themselves. When other
are favored by director specifically, because they tell on others kids and what they say is taken to be truth. No child should feel this way, they are still learning. Very disappointed as it did not start out this way 3 yrs ago.

I absolutely love this child care facility. My daughter loves all of the teachers they are so sweet and so caring. And when my daughter first went there she had issues at another daycare and I explained this to Miss Michelle so she treated our little girl with TLC. Our daughter adjusted to the change and has been going there for years now. I wouldn't change it for the world. Thank all of you ladies there that do everything for these kids everyday. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this child care facility. My daughter has been going here for a few years now and when she went she was coming from a daycare where she was being mistreated by a teacher. I told him Miss Michelle the situation and she treated her with so much love and compassion. My daughter has thrived there and absolutely loves it. And the price is so incredibly reasonable for what you see out there these days. I highly recommend this daycare.

Family oriented, integrity driven, best care we could ask for. Facility is kept clean and safe. Staff are invested in the well being of ALL the children and families. We are so blessed to have found them and wouldn’t want our kiddos anywhere else. They are so helpful, understanding, and provide affordable quality! which is very hard to find. Highly recommend. The director is very kind, professional, and cares about the character and wellbeing of all the children.

WORST DAYCARE EVER STAY AWAY!! Michelle Powell is the director and she is a very rude pitiful excuse of a human being. Her attitude is the nastiest and rudest I've ever seen especially for someone that is supposed to be a director at a child care facility. The way she yells at and talks to those kids including my own is very unprofessional and sad. I had to remove my child from the facility due to her yelling at my child like a dog and getting all in my child's face. When I brought it to her attention she flat out lied and said she didn't yell even though I witness with my own eyes and then proceeded to Try and physically attack me during facility hours while children were present. I have an open case with dhs about this facility and I do NOT RECOMMEND!! Please take your children some where else where they can be treated with respect.

do not send your child to this daycare. they are awful the whole staff. they do not no how to deal with kids and conduct themselves. i will be reporting them to ok dhs for their actions. my name is cynthia ables i will not hide it come for me like you do my grandbaby please and thanks. very unprofessional and rude need to be put out of business.

I’ve love the care this facility and the staff have provided. They have been so professional and great communicators! We trust these wonderful ladies and are so thankful for them. They have high standards for cleanliness, kindness, and expectations for staff and students. I highly recommend High Flyers!

If I could put negative stars I would. Michelle is a pitiful excuse of a director. For her employees I sympathize. How are they supposed to walk into a work environment with such a negative atmosphere. She mocks mental health and claims to be understanding of the matter (she definitely isn’t). Your employees deserve a better director. Find a better place to send your children.
