I had to Take some personal samples that I grow for some research and development test testing. Braylee Helped me and she was so friendly And knowledgeable. They also gave me a first time discount which really helped even though I did not ask for the discount. They are a small lab, but they are big on quality and customer service.

High res labs charged my company arm and leg to have expedited testing. To get out of a refund for their delay they failed testing (trying to make it seem like my fault) for microbial. They needed another 3-5 days to “rerun microbial”. Spent over 2 months with omma and metrc to get the retention samples picked up from Highres labs (I challenged these claims) and transferred the same batch samples from high res to a new lab. The new lab resulted in ZERO microbial issues (as expected) and passed with flying colors, also I got much higher thc results. My entire experience with high res labs was very shady and the delays and batch “failure” almost cost me my entire business. I encourage anyone considering to do business to do their own research as this lab has been shut down previously for giving out excessively high thc % (above 40%) I would not recommend, there are much better options out there.

Great lab, honest consistent results. They are very nice people. If you have questions, they are always willing to answer them. The lab director knows his stuff, full of information.

Just bought some Oreo Gush Mint that was tested by this lab. It tested at 44% THC. Stuff is awesome. I read that the theoretical maxium for THC is only 30-34% though & an experienced grower told me triple 4s are impossible. See pics on my instagram at red_dirt_ray
