Decent Gundam/Bandai kit selection for the stores size, yet the main focus is on RC/model vehicles for sure. The Gundam marker/ Mr. Hobby paint selection is pretty much always empty/lacking however. I’ve gotten a lot of tools I still use on my kits today from here, and was glad they had godhand nippers in store.
Overall a great store with kind staff, yet I wish I could have purchased more of my Gundam items from here instead of online, due to lack of inventory .

Great shop with a nice selection of common finds and things I haven't seen. We went for RC cars primarily, though they do carry a lot of other items and supplies too. My son had a car with an issue we couldn't diagnose, and the staff there (3 in total) all helped in between sales and helping other customers, until we finally found the problem. They had the parts we needed on hand and got us taken care of. They really went above and beyond to help, whereas a lot of shops these days aren't willing to, beyond advice or telling you to look up YouTube videos. That makes a big difference to someone new to the hobby. We will be back.

Good, quality selection of RC cars, trucks, boats and planes as well as replacement parts and batteries. They also carry model vehicles and rockets and they even have things like puzzles. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great shopping experience overall.

Great selection for the shop size, they have remote control boats, helicopters, vehicles and airplanes. Their model selection was decent and cover a wide variety of car models both classic and new. They only had one diecast/metal car kit but the majority of their inventory are the plastic kits requiring glue to assemble. There's a nice selection of paints, paint brushes and tools as well as wood and metal sheets and rods. They even have kits for Pokemon and anime figures as well as National Geographic kids dig kits and other scientific fun stuff. If you are into model trains they carry track and a few other model train parts. We were even pleasantly surprised they carried multiple Kites to include a cool dragon shaped kite.
Customer service was outstanding and the two gentleman working were very helpful, knowledgeable and familiar with the store. When asked if they had a particular item they lead us directly to it instead of just telling us where to go. They even opened and held the door open for us since my wife was in a wheelchair. ♿️ The store is wheelchair accessible and we had no problem maneuvering through the entire store.

Decided to check out this hobby shop I've passed a million times. Was hoping for more in the building and miniatures but was pleasantly surprised by the RCs they carry. From cars, trucks, helicopters, and planes... nice little inventory.
Although I didn't find anything I was looking for it was a nice little place. What I didn't like was feeling a little ghosted.
It looks like an old school mom and pop shop but the customer service wasn't there.
All it takes is.... "Hi, WELCOME! Can I help you find anything?"
There was 1 customer bumbling around and 2 employees..... not a word until I left and thanked them. Lol.
Has customer service left us when Covid hit and knocked a few screws loose in people?
