I love how the associates I encounter at this store take the time to ask me “how are you doing?” or if I need help finding anything. It’s always been easy to find someone to help me when I needed it. And the knowledge base of the employees is incredibly helpful. This is why I won’t go to their competitor stores where most of the employees give off the vibe that they don’t want to be there if you come across any. Additionally, the audio in this store is nice, not annoying like their competitors.

We went there on Thursday and had a terrible experience. We needed help and could not find a single person willing to help us. The aisles were so full we barely could maneuver through with a cart and then we had to move all the pallets/carts to get to what we needed. The store overall was junky, dirty, and not helpful.

I quit online ordering and don't go out shopping much. Solely due to they using FedEx. Damaged boxes and missing items. Thankfully my ring camera's dispute their pictures. Missing items totally $130 by FedEx.

Usually don't get my plants at Home Depot, I go to their competitor but everyone needs to go to the Home Depot on Broadway in Edmond. There is a Home Depot employee there named BO that is not only knowledgeable, helpful and kind but he is turning the plant area around. From this point on I will only shop at Home Depot for my plants. Great decision on this hire, you have my business and I look forward to help from BO. Thanks Home Depot

I went in to look at plants today and had a wonderful experience with your employee Bo. He was watering the plants but took the time to help me with the tropicals. He was obviously very experienced with gardens and growing in general and extremely helpful. He also spoke very highly of management and his coworkers. I will definitely make this location my one and only Home Depot AND plan to do my shopping when Bo is working.

Checked online shows one available lawn mower got here and still says 1 available get to desk guy told me they only have one mower for rent and it’s out so none in stock annoyed glad i didn’t reserve online. Rental here is kind of a joke tried to rent a lift one time ask for extra paper work instead went to herc for larger equipment and they got me in and out with my rental in far less time than I’ve spent here I say only go here as last resort

They have some helpful people in there, but it's very clear that the boss is only want to sell stuff, don't really want to help you fix anything.

I came in yesterday and bought two things, went to return one of them today, customer service was lacking to say the least. Stood at the return counter looking at workers who ignored me for 10 minutes. Then, somebody walked up to me and asked me what I was there for. I told them returns, they said I had to get to the end of the checkout line. After an additional 20 minutes of standing there, I left. Unbelievable!

It really gets annoying when every employee at this location has to ask how you're doing every 5 seconds. People do not like this. Makes me want to go out of my way to go to a different store or Lowe's.

On 6/4/2024 the older associate working the tool rental counter proceeded to berate my wife and raise his voice at her as she was trying to help him with a truck rental issue meanwhile his manager stood there and did nothing to correct his behavior. If these employees can be so confidently rude AND wrong to someone trying to help them I can't imagine how they treat customers who have issues.

Came up here to buy a ton of lumber for a project at my parents’ place, and Tyler in the lumber department was incredibly patient and helpful. It took quite awhile to pick out the right sizes and make the right cuts, and we really appreciated all his effort and attention to detail.
