Wife and I like to stop by from time to time and see what has come in. I feel sorry for the employees having to cram so much into the space they have to work with, but that's the nature of the business model. The aisles are impassable when two carts go head to head, unless customers are paying more attention to their precision driving than scanning the shelves. The selection is quite varied and interesting, but it's also so cramped you don't really want to linger much. I would think this would have a more negative than positive impact on the customer experience, but what do I know. We've only been there maybe 30 times and it's always a little uncomfortable - especially during cold/flu seasons. 4 stars on the selection. 3 stars on the experience. Staff are friendly and helpful, too.

Very clean and even smells good when you walk in. Lots of home options to glassware, rugs, furniture, decor etc

Went into homegoods to look for valentines decor and ended up coming out feeling bad for employees. One specific manager working that day is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was yelling at employees right in front of customers and being passive aggressive. Never have I met a someone so rude! I hate to say it but I can’t believe this is being tolerated. The look on the employees face after the manager screamed at her was unforgettable. I didn’t know managers were supposed to bring down employees. Something needs to be done asap!!!!

Crazy how 5 lazy employees can be seen sitting around on their phones while the store has crap piled up, scattered on the floor, and blocking entire aisles lmao, time for a new manager and some employees who are capable of being embarrassed of themselves.

This particular store sucks. The employees are fine, but the store is a nightmare. Unorganized, messy, over stuffed. The one in Norman is wayyyy nicer

I don’t know if they should be congratulated or scolded for their efficient use of a small space.
I know that all of these store are a little unorganized— it comes with the territory. But this one was unorganized and crammed full of stuff. The isles were barely wide enough for the provided cards to travel down. It was impossible to pass another cart user and difficult to pass people without a cart. Honestly, it kind of felt like a hazard.
It was so busy when we were there which led to a line forming through to near the back of the store. Surprisingly, the staff was able to take care of everyone quickly. They were friendly and in good spirits even though it was very busy and, I’m sure, quite stressful.
If it weren’t for the crowded space, I’d give a higher rating.

Oh. My. Gosh. Where do I begin?! Alyssa was so great!! Sweetest girl I’ve ever met. She helped me pick out the best gifts for my family and had the best personality making my experience a 10/10. would totally recommend!

If items over crowded on the display shelves doesn't bother you then you'll love this place!

Great selection of home goods — you can find just about anything here! The only downside is that the store is packed with products, making the aisles a bit hard to navigate. Still, it’s worth a visit for the variety and deals.

I am a HomeGoods frequent flyer, alternating between the stores in Yukon, Edmond, and Norman, Oklahoma. Yet, somehow, I've missed Friday evening Music & Mayhem. I hope the sarcastic tone is clear, because the music being played tonight in the Edmond store was not. They had the volume so high that half the ceiling speakers have blown out. Standing under one of those would make nails on a chalkboard almost seem zen. Obviously agitated, I still managed to fill a shopping cart hoping this was an audio one off and not some new corporate policy. The mayhem portion was achieved by clusters of employees having restocking parties in the linens department. And by restocking I mean piling enough pillows up on the floor as to prevent anyone from walking much less push a shopping cart past. That's where my 3 star review ended. Until, I got home to hang my new curtains and noticed the security tag still attached to one of the two sets I purchased. It seems I wasn't the only person in the Edmond HomeGoods tonight whos production was diminished.
Update: returned the following afternoon to have the security tag removed and purchase a rug. Glad to report that the background music was at normal levels again. I was given exceptional customer service and a discount for assisting the employee roll up my new rug. Changing my rating from 2 to 4 stars because of the attitude and assistance of a few caring employees.

What a mess. The store is in horrible shape. I have shopped at Home goods for years in Az but recently moved to Edmond and thought I’d look here for a few things I needed. This place was so junky. Good stuff just thrown all over. Unable to push a cart through the isles due to stuff laying on the floors. Needs new managers and more staff. Christmas in this place will be impossible. I won’t go back to this location.
