There was an account at this bank that has about 40k in it. My husband and sister in law were POD on it. We went to the bank and encountered Kim…. After waiting 15 minutes … Kim stopped and talked to a lady and her daughter… telling them … let me get these people out of here….we were told that my sister in law needed to do a letter of intent in order to get her money ( that she was POD on) and it would be 48 hours. She was supposed to upload the death certificate and she did not. We went to another branch and were taken care of. Now Kim called today and said that she never received a letter ( which she did) and then proceeds to say that since my SIL was here … they wouldn’t need the letter…as if she could not have told her that when she was face to face with her! I was appalled at the lack of professional of this woman and I am surprised that with all the complaints she still has a job.

I've used IBC many many many years, when I lived in Broken Arrow 2011 or 2012, plus Edmond , 15th st she is darling Kim. My problem I can't access my app account, in my eyes email or phone number. Need to be fixed.

Worst bank and bad location. Staff is always short and rude and won’t answer questions with answers but instead suggest you call someone else, figure it out online or go to another branch that has enough employees working to help.

I would like to say Dimond at 15th street in Edmond is a real professional and made a bad situation a lot easier to handle. She has gone over and above to help me. It is a good feeling when you have someone that cares help with you banking problems.

Since my complaint, I have tried to transfer money, which was posted, and I still haven't been able to access my money. They finally said wait two hours. There was absolutely NO REASON for this delay. The delay affect my phone, medication, and rent. Since this happened, it must certainly be retaliation for my first review. Let me not forget to mention, they wanted to know if I was indeed who I said I am, and told me, I needed to give them numbers from my license. I told them I don't drive, then he asked to have numbers off the last license. Is that crazy or what. We aren't talking thousands of dollars here. This will be discussed in the near future, will probably say goodbye after decades.

Half my life at IBC, Kim has never disrespected me before, but I've never experienced such deflection, incompetent disrespect before.We will absolutely be closing the account and take our business somewhere where they can be honest and treat a client with respect and dignity.

DO NOT waste your time with this bank. They've miss handled my account on numerous occasions and anytime I call for assistance with my account Kim is very rude. Thay also apparently don't accept cashiers checks. Keep your money safe by staying as far from this bank as possible.Edit: after reading other reviews it seem like the problems stem from the top. Corporate needs to do some serious re training in this location. Or get rid of Kim seems she's the cause of a lot of people's problems based on the reviews here.

Numerous customer service issues and ATM out of order. Now the branch is closed on Saturdays so had to drive to another city to access money. 2nd time this hashappened. 1st time I called and was told I'd receive a call back from upper management. I did not receive a call back on this and numerous other issues.

I think it’s stupid that the ibc bank in Guthrie will cash my $7.00 waitress checks without id, happened to forget it on the way to this location so this trip was a complete waste of time. Ibc needs to straighten out their policy, can’t be doing one thing at one location and a different thing at another location.

Marius Bija good luck with finding a bank that does not operate for profit. You will need it. Come to think of it.....there are those banks that operate solely to give you what you want, and give away all their profits to charity. Bunch of people with nothin better to do than spend their time running major coorporations and organizations completely free of charge. And without pay! Heck yeah why not?
