They gave me the wrong account number. They did eventually give me the right one but nonetheless I was still putting money in the wrong account.

This is a great bank. However their debit card and customer services is very very poor. I have been waiting a whole month to get a new debit card after my previous one got stolen. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait this long for a new debit card when my one before this one expired. It takes two weeks to get to you, then you call and are told it has been returned for no reason, mind you that you have to call them they will not call you to tell you this. Then you have to wait another two weeks. I have bills to pay and groceries to buy and going to the bank every week two towns over is ridiculous. My family also uses this bank and says the same thing happens to them, but it’s usually 2-3 weeks. It may just be an inconvenience, but that inconvenience has made me decide to switch banks. It’s a nice bank besides that, so if you’re okay being without a card for a month any time you need a new one then by all means go with this bank.

I use to be very pleased with them. New staff and new software have made this bank slow and unbearable. Can't even do what you ask with your money. Very sad.
