We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jackie Cooper BMW from start to finish. A huge thank-you to Laura Bell, our salesperson, who was professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free.
Special recognition also goes to Femi Akadiri, the new car sales manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. Coordinating the PPF and window tint and getting the vehicle back just in time for our Christmas road trip was no small feat, and they absolutely delivered.
I also have to mention Danielle Burns, the finance manager, who made the final step of the buying process easy and enjoyable.
