“I wanted to take a moment and share my experience. I couldn’t get my wedding rings off and spent nearly 2 hours trying everything. I was at the end of my rope. I called this store and they said they charge $38 to cut rings off. I went in, the guy working there took care of it. I didn’t get his name, but he was so nice and at the end told me not to worry about the charge. I started to cry because his kindness really turned my day around. I will definitely be back for any jewelry needs because of my experience here. Thank you!!”
