“After calling over 30 places I called Casey's Edmond coins as just the next one on the list. They were a little bit better on price but that was not what caught my attention. He was so genuine about my problem. Not an act. He even referred me to his mechanic who saved me $1,500 dollars on a transmission rebuild. After meeting him and his employees i was just taken back how real and truly kind all of them were. His employee even tried to give me a ride to stillwater. I live very far from Edmond. I don't know if you who are reading this have meet any truth good people in this world but if you haven't all you have to do is go here. P.S. I made it home and they have a new customer for life.”

“Kay has inspected and repaired a diamond tennis bracelet and diamond Kay ring for me. They look better than when they were new! I decided to downsize a 2 ct Moissanite stone and ended up going bigger a 2.55 carate lab grown diamond. I was so unsure about going bigger, -- but I am over the moon happy that I did. My ring is fabulous!! The larger stone brought out the beauty of the diamond ring guards. Kelsy at the 2nd Street Store in Edmond has been an absolute jewel in helping me with the selection of the stone. I highly recommend Kay Jewelers. I believe I have found my "go to" jeweler! “First time customer but won't be the last. They were very nice couple. I needed a band replaced on a very old sports watch. They had one in a junk box in the back so I got a discounted price which was awesome. While I was waiting for the work to be done I met another customer in there who was also having work done. We got to talking and she ended up paying for my watch repair and gets. Yes indeed paying it forward.”

They were super busy, but they made sure I knew they saw me and introduced themselves, so I knew I could ask for help if needed. They even offered me something to drink, which I gladly took them up on in this Oklahoma heat.
