I appreciate how personable and kind and friendly they were. Did not talk ‘down’ to me or try to sell me a bill of goods…( as some can often do with women especially). I was out in 20 minutes. Great work!!!

I was seriously pleasantly surprised during my visit. They remembered me from an earlier visit (4months ago), made sure I had refreshments in the waiting area, and sat down with me to explain the service and recommended repairs. They also did not pressure me to do additional repairs I didn’t want to.

The manager went the extra mile and installed my engine air filter for me free of charge! Totally unexpected. Amazing location and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful!

Terrible customer service! Always trying to pressure you with up sales. Skips over customers. I’ll never use them again! I actually found a better more customer friendly service at Take 5 Oil in Edmond.

The customer service at the Edmond location Jiffy Lube is top notch. They speak respectfully, welcome you in by holding the door, and thank you for your business when you leave. My car was serviced in a timely manner and I appreciate the extras they do like clean the outside of the windows and vacuum the floors.Service: Oil change
