This location is very unprofessional, did not seem to know what was going on. Honestly felt like a zoo. Lots of sales people but no one seemed to know what was going on. I wanted a specific vehicle or I probably would not have purchased here.

It is the worst place in Oklahoma for customer service...we really don't recommend it...they spend a lot of money on advertising and when people come to the front door there are no people with the necessary skills to provide good service. ??

Traded in two vehicles for one. At 3AM we were told the system accepted the application and we were approved and drove home in our brand new vehicle. 5 days later, we returned for the full car detail we were owed because it was too late the day we purchased the vehicle (3AM!). When my husband got there they asked for the keys and vehicle back because the deal was not approved. Even Westin (our salesman) was shocked and confused and confirmed he was told the deal went through too considering we were not notified at all about this prior to showing up for the detail in person. 5 days! It’s been 3 days since giving back the vehicle and getting our two trades back and our 5k down payment is in limbo. The refund check we were told would be ready in 24 hours, was never requested and the refund back to my card that we were told would post in 48hours never posted. Each time I call, no one in finance is ever available to take my call. I write this I as I sit on hold waiting to be transferred to anyone in finance.I will never forget that while we were running numbers on the new vehicle and trade, the GM and gentleman in Finance were adamant that Sooner Kia was about to scam me and in the end it ended up being Khalidy Kia who in fact scammed us as our 5k down payment still remains in limbo and calls are not being returned. Hopefully this review of recent event will prompt a callback.

******Update with this dealership talk to them again and they helped me with raising my trade in and said $2000 down and so I asked them if number for interest rate and a payment and they got back to me and are wanting my car and now a $2000 was ready to get the Monet and now another $4500 down payment: they say one thing and go back on their word and say another. This was the second time I was going to try to work with them even thought the first time I was an option and left there with no deal! This is the last time I will ever try to work with their dealership!!I was very disappointed with my visit to Kalidy Kia I had an appt at 1pm with kalidy drove 2 hours got there a little early checked in and my sales person Roger came to find me right away sat down with me told him info did my credit app and he got up went to talk with his managers.After that I did not see my associate for a good 30 minutes or so. He then had a helper and I was told they were going to go grab the car for me to test drive and the guy looked and looked asked multiple people and after me already being there an hour past and I was told the car I was there to see was being worked on and it would be another hour hour and a half and the other car I was coming to see had problems and had to be worked on so it was out of the question. So I told the associate okay I don’t mind waiting as long as we can go over the numbers see if it it something I could do if not so I could go and not wait anyones time. He said okay understand and would get my paper and be back in 3 minutes. 20 minutes passed he was still not back and was at another table with an associate helping more customers. I had already asked for my keys back once at this point. Then my regular sales person came back said some more stuff apologized and again said I would get numbers and never brought my keys and the car was still going to be another 45 minutes. Then after another 20 minutes passed he came back with a manager talked some things about my trade and then said well let’s drive the car and see if you like it. So another 30-45 minutes passes by I finally get told that the car is going to be pulled around front and all that’. Test drive it love the car. Sign to say I would buy it if it all worked out so we fill out another app to out a co signer and then say there another 45 minutes no one helping or keeping us updated. Finally came with a manager and said that a deal just couldn’t happen. My salesperson when he did come back was nice and very apologetic but had so many customers at once I feel it was a horrible experience, being ran around acting like a deal was going to be made being told one number on my trade then while leaving getting a lower number offered if I came back with another way to purchase and sitting at a car dealership for 7 hours having to wait on a car they knew I was coming to look at yet it was not ready and then having to leave disappointed. This was all around a horrible experience.

I waited until I had my car exactly 3 weeks to give a fair review.To be fair I’d say go well rested and ready to spend the whole day. After spending 10 hours in the dealership I did end up leaving with a car. A car with a “certified Kia warranty” on a car they literally just got in on a trade. They explained this warranty as bumper to bumper, made themselves sound great!. What I did not know that a “certified Kia warranty” is not considered bumper to bumper and does not restart your warranty like they said.What I did not know that night was that this car needs 4 new tires, new brakes all the way around, new shocks and struts and I’m pretty sure wheel bearings. The previous driver ran something over and messed some stuff up under the car and at the front. All things I was to exhausted to notice ?I hate my new car and I hate myself for getting myself into this loan, but there is nothing I can do about it now. While you are there if it doesn’t feel right or it feels off at all. Just say no, and don’t end up like I did. They are snakes in the grass just like any other dealership.

I was shopping for a car for my daughter to take to college and had the pleasure of dealing with Bradly Nicholls. We not only found exactly what we were looking for that day and Bradley made every step of the process enjoyable. He went over and above at every turn to make sure that my expectations were not only met but exceeded. I will definitely purchase again from Kalidy as long as Bradly is there to offer assistance. He assured me that he would make sure I was satisfied and even though based on many prior car buying experiences I had my doubts, he delivered like no other. Highly recommend!!! Job well done!!!
