They were a pleasure to work with, and I never had any issues with them.
My issue is, what is the point in using an agency that shops around for the best policy of they ONLY do it by request? It's 2024 and apps like credit karma can email Me weekly telling me I'm overpaying for insurance, but the agency I go through can't keep tabs on that kind of thing?
Dont wait until I'm canceling my policy, having found a better rate to tell me "oh we could have found you a better rate!"
How long was I overpaying? Why even involve you guys? 🤷🏽♂️
I'll stick with apps until the human touch actually means something.

I've been with this insurance company for around 15 years. Through the years they have taken great care of me. I've had other companies give me insurance quotes here and there and never has anyone come close to competing. Not only dollar-for-dollar but also customer service, time and responsiveness. I could go on and on all day. I've never had a bad experience what's this company. I suggest anyone give them a chance you'll see it's all there.

I've been with LeBlanc & Associates for almost 3 years now and I get phenomenal service every time I call. Recently, my car was totaled in a not at fault accident and I had to buy a new car. I did not have gap coverage so my car payment of course went up and my premium did as well since it is a new car. I decided to shop around to save money because of the loss on car payment and insurance. I almost swapped to Geico but since the Customer Service here is exceptional I gave them a chance to find a new provider in there office for cheaper. I am glad I gave them that chance because they went above and beyond to save me money and give me excellent service!
