Used to love this place but it is so poorly managed currently. I was there for over an hour trying on clothes and not one time did anyone check on me. I had a handful of clothes and no one asked me if I needed a dressing room. Mind you there were at least 3 people “working” and no other customers. I had to find someone and ask them. When trying on clothes, no one came to see if I needed help. I had to get fully dressed 3-4 times just to go out into the store to find a different size. Again, absolutely no help was offered. Didn’t buy 2 things I really liked because I couldn’t zip them up myself and since no one was around to assist me, I ended up leaving them behind.
One of the items I wanted wasn’t available in my size, so I ended up having them order it for me. When it arrived a couple days later it was the wrong size 😡
I am a business owner myself and I know how difficult it can be to manage and even find good employees, but they are out there! Do better! The customer experience was awful.

Store manager, Sheri, is having her employees clock her in and out without her being there. Sheri will not speak with her employees about issues even though she is the issue. Sheri has no management abilities and does not know how to speak with customers. Tried contacting corporate about the illegal clock issue but instead will file a complaint with the BBB and AG’s office. It’s a shame that a company allows this to continue day in and day out. Will for sure lose my business knowing this is what the company allows this to continue. Awful company!

I've been in this store twice in the last month. Not one time did anyone ask if I needed help or a dressing room! This location has gone downhill in regards to customer service and friendliness!

I haven't been to Loft in a long time. Stopped by today. No one greeted me when I walked in the door. However, the delivery man was greeted and told "good-bye." The current staff here are extremely rude. The clothes aren't that great anyway. I don't plan to return anytime soon!

I've never shopped at a Loft store so first time customer and wow... Great sales. Excellent service as well. I opened a Loft credit card my first trip so definitely will be back.

Great experience!!! I am always greeted when entering the store! I’m assisted quickly with sizing, recommendations and coloring matching. I’ve been a Loft customer for over 10 years and visited other stores the Flagship in NYC and Phoenix, Arizona, Norman , Ok, OkC, Ok., and hands down it doesn’t compare to the Edmond Store. Prior to COVID I was offered water as I shopped. I love the quality of the clothing, the way it feels on my body and how my signature pieces have lasted 5+ years, I’ve purchased shoes online and great buys. I love the way a blue will always match another Blue at Loft. Consistency, Creativity, Classy!!! The team is awesome!! Kudos to the manager who goes above and beyond for customers. You can’t go wrong with Loft!! I’m looking for adult, causal and business casual clothing and Loft never fails. I’ve never been treated poorly no matter what I’m wearing or how I look!! Equality I love it!!! You guys rock!!! Loft ????

Great experience at Loft!! I’m greeted every time I enter. I’m assisted with pricing, additional pieces, and clothing recommendations since I’m petite. I love the way the team works together effortlessly and it shows with quality customer service. I’ve been to several other Lofts , NYC, Arizona , Houston, Norman, Oklahoma City and Edmond in my opinion is the best. A little bit of Luxury in Edmond! I remember prior to COVID you were offered water!! I’ve never had a problem or been pre-judged based on what I was wearing or the color of my skin. Loft clothing is durable, lasts and I love the way the material feels on my body…. I’ve never been disappointed!! Go Loft!!!

awful management. witnessed an older manager berate multiple what looked like teenagers working there. same manager (think the name was cherry/sherry) was so passive aggressive with me as a customer and made comments about my appearance. she called me a beluga. never had such awful service in my life, get new management. ive heard things about this store and now i know its true.
