Don't let the good hours fool you! This bank is not worth it unless you have a lot of money with them. Manager is unbelievably rude and just blames problems with you account on someone else. Do yourself a favor, go across the street and use Bank of Oklahoma instead.

The banker was not friendly. He set an appointment for me and was not even at work when I arrived. I had to contact the bank on the loan progress, and they did not give me accurate information. the loan amount changes based on the appraisal and they did not tell me. The banker mispronounced my name and did not seem like the business was appreciated. I am severely disappointed. Do not use Midfirst for a vehicle loan.

Every time I contact Midfirst Bank Customer Service, I consistently receive exceptional support from informative and polite representatives. I want to specifically highlight Stormy, who was incredibly helpful and made my experience outstanding. She deserves a five-star rating for her excellent service!

Lee is amazing!!! 8 am and this woman has a smashing personality first thing in the morning ! She fr went above and beyond for me this morning. She even gave me a call back after I left to give me great news about my account. I've been with mid first for a few years now and Lee is one of the best I've meet. 10/10 girl you are fabulous happy new year!

It's great experience of opening new checking account with the mail offer $200 bonus was sent to my home. I am appreciating the young Manager Assistant Frederick who helped me with the new account in no time. Especially, Frederick was really a great istener and talking friendly about other things when helping me. Frederick is absolutely made my day. Appreciate.

Ashraf was kind and helpful. Explained how our account would work for us and got all the paperwork done in a timely manner. Lucy welcomed us and acknowledged our coming into the branch and leaving. Very polite professional group of people.

Not this branch specifically, but the number you call for customer service! I had to call a few times and each time I was given misinformation and that is not okay. They sent me on a wild goose chase trying to obtain a card. All awhile each time I visited the branches (yes, three) I was told their card printer was still down. Get some customer oriented folks in there and not those whom don't care about their job or others.

Achraf is a joke. I waited for him 30 mins to help me after he finishes with his customer, then i get skipped and he jumps to the person who came after me. why? because he didnt know how to help me. so instead of saying the truth he just skipped me and jumped to the person that came after. how professional.

Some branches are better than others, thankfully. At this point I will never go back to the Danforth and Kelly location because the last two times I've gone, I was never greeted by anyone in the drive-through, pushed the call button multiple times and never got a response. After waiting several minutes to even be greeted, I left without getting my banking done. I'm not even going to list the problems with the app, but for my family, it's terrible.
