Ashraf was kind and helpful. Explained how our account would work for us and got all the paperwork done in a timely manner. Lucy welcomed us and acknowledged our coming into the branch and leaving. Very polite professional group of people.

Not this branch specifically, but the number you call for customer service! I had to call a few times and each time I was given misinformation and that is not okay. They sent me on a wild goose chase trying to obtain a card. All awhile each time I visited the branches (yes, three) I was told their card printer was still down. Get some customer oriented folks in there and not those whom don't care about their job or others.

Achraf is a joke. I waited for him 30 mins to help me after he finishes with his customer, then i get skipped and he jumps to the person who came after me. why? because he didnt know how to help me. so instead of saying the truth he just skipped me and jumped to the person that came after. how professional.

Some branches are better than others, thankfully. At this point I will never go back to the Danforth and Kelly location because the last two times I've gone, I was never greeted by anyone in the drive-through, pushed the call button multiple times and never got a response. After waiting several minutes to even be greeted, I left without getting my banking done. I'm not even going to list the problems with the app, but for my family, it's terrible.

HORRIBLE customer service. Business I work for has been waiting for 6 weeks just to get a debit card! As the bookkeeper, it has caused a huge challenge. We expected to get the debit cards much sooner. They first sent to wrong address, then wanted to charge $50 to send them overnight. Who knows when or if we will EVER receive them! AVOID this Bank.

I went to cash a check today and had the worst teller ever. Rude with a very hateful attitude. Usually MidFirst is a pretty good bank but this teller made me very upset. I had a $1,300 check I wanted to cash and she told me I had to come inside for that amount. Coming inside was not the problem but the way the message was delivered is the issue. However, most of the tellers at this bank have been there a few years and go out of their way to help me. I love MidFirst and how easy it is to use and pay bills online. I won't let one new teller make me question my loyalty to the bank but will let them know she needs some more training.

I feel like I should call HR or someone about your guys bank because taking advantage of people who cant afford overdraft fees and not telling them until it's too late is very bad it can get you guys shut down I've heard that this has happened to quite of few of people I know that have gone through your bank this can definitely get you guys shut down I suggested if you dont want to get shut down you stop doing the late fee charges or at least stop sending notices to late and maybe up your banks sales to get people to sign up like say $50 when you sign up and give the people who are in trouble with your bank a break I've had a bank way better than this

Great bank and I do both my business and personal banking here. The staff is great and see to all my needs. The best part is the staff does not have a high turnover like other banks.

I went to this bank and felt taken advantage of, because when I had no money in my account they didn't decline my card and sent me letters after 7 days that said since you didn't make your account balance positive before 7 days you'll have to pay fees and they kept charging me and sending me letters!

It was okay experience. The bank teller I dealt with at this location wasn't very nice. Wasn't greeted like at other locations, and was accused of something that I “supposedly†did, but didn't. Wasn't given the opportunity to rewrite my OWN slip after I asked if I could rewrite my own slip.
