I visited the lobby of MidFirst Bank to pick up some cash in specific denominations for my granddaughter's birthday. As usual, this visit went smoothly. I was greeted by a teller as soon as I entered the lobby. I went to her window and explained exactly what I needed. She confirmed what I needed and, within one minute, she was counting out the cash to me. We spent a couple more minutes chatting and I left. The visit went smoothly with no problems. MidFirst is a great bank that takes care of their customers.

Midfirst Bank is a great bank to use for all of your banking needs. my family and i have been a part of Midfirst since living in Ok and its one of our favorite ones. The Lobby was clean and the staff were friendly upon my arrival to the bank and the teller was super nice

My bank is hands-down the best! Their customer service is always friendly and responsive, making every interaction a breeze. The online banking app is intuitive and packed with useful features, and I love the competitive rates on savings and loans. They genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. Highly recommend!

I opened a CD at Midfirst on Danforth with Michael Carlton. I referred my father to Midfirst and he opened a CD too. The bank had referral bonus' but not for CD's apparently. My dad was lead to believe that we would get a bonus but when I inquired it was explained that we did not qualify.When my father renewed his CD, he informed me that he got me that bonus and Michael was going to give me a call. Michael did not call me.After 11 days I called him and he said we did not qualify...again.He did offer me a $5 gift card which I refused.My only recourse is to not reopen the CD's at renewal and to give a less than stellar review because I'm feeling a little vindictive because of the confusion.3 stars because the CD rate is OK.

If you like frequent, unwarranted card-blocking fraud alerts and randomly being unable to access your money, this is the bank for you.
Spent $300 at Walmart on a Sunday and had to walk away with nothing due to an unwarranted fraud alert (their fraud department doesn’t work on Sunday’s). Went into the Midfirst building with my drivers license on a Monday to have it fixed and they said it was.
2 weeks later I am back at Walmart buying $280 worth of groceries on a Sunday, the card is declined for the exact same fraud alert again. Even the Walmart checkout person told me this happens a lot, Midfirst customers have their cards declined pretty frequently. Maybe employ a fraud person on Sundays Midfirst? Thankfully I have some leftover turkey in my fridge, and my emergency toilet paper from my Covid days.

I walked in needing some things taken care of as soon as possible and everyone was very nice and understating. Michael was the banker I worked with, he was awesome and got things taken care of immediately.
