They'll charge you 3 times to use a single atm, and then charge $35 for an overdraft fee AFTER they clear deposits. I like to call this theft, but 'good Ole Greedy Capitalism preying on the oppressed and impoverished' would do. I'd be ashamed to be affiliated with such a business. Closing my account.

This location has the worst atm location. Hard to get out of the atm lane without hitting a curb and scratching tires. Not enough room to turn a large vehicle out of the ATM at all!!

Moved from out of state and needed a new bank since my current bank has zero locations in OK. I tested them out before moving all my accounts over and glad I did. The person that opened my account was the best one overall...and since not so good. I had visited the branch twice before and found the first banker to be ego driven and appeared annoyed by my inquiries, the second very interested in helping, but brought up some issues I had to ponder on. The first was no longer employed when I returned and the 2nd was driving along distance to help from another branch. When I did open my account, it was handled well and I was given a Bluetooth speaker. Not expected but appreciated. Even though I opened my account successfully with the documents required and listed on their website, I was called months later and told they didn't have a copy of my drivers license. I hate people wasting my time overall and realize this might have been an oversight and it may have been shredded since they did copy it. Upon my return, I am greeted with the person that opened my account and a stack of my paperwork. I see my license is the bottom page. He then says he sees they do have it and not sure why I was called. In the side/back room he goes with lots of whispers that takes a couple minutes. He returns and says they need additional documentation. I say I provided all that was required and my account has been open for months. To the side/back room he goes again... for more lengthy whispering and returns to say...they do need more. I ask for written proof on their website or otherwise that details when/why more would be required. I realize the more information they have on me the more of my data can be sold and that is one reason they can offer $150(which I didn't know about until I opened the account) after 3 months of having an account with some minimal transactions...more data points here to sell. SO...back he goes for now more whispers that go on for over 5 minutes! I leave, not happy at all that my time is wasted and feel like I picked the wrong bank. ......my review is to long for all the details in between...... I get a call from Fox Francis who is clearly new, puts me on speaker phone without telling me and then proceeds to fumble his words with awkward gaps as he is listening to others in the room tell him what to say. It seems the details of the requirements were not clear as it required I download another app, not theirs, and use it 3 times. This app was already part of my previous/current banks app, so I never heard or put together that I had to truly download an additional app, sync it to their/my account...which means more data points for them and my account details being divulged elsewhere too. I express my disappointment over the lack of information. Fox says he promises to call me back within 24 hours to tell me if there is anything he can do for me after talking to his supervisor. I am willing to forgo the $150 since I may have been the one that truly misunderstood the process. Not sure I did since I would have raised concerns about this right away, but I digress. That was 13 days ago! When I went to the branch yesterday, Fox was out of the office and when I told CJ(I believe those are his initials), he laughs and shakes his head when I say Fox didn't call me back within the promised time, much less at all and it has been 12 days. Again, he laughs!!! Offers no apology, acknowledgement etc. I ask him to tell Fox that he was the last straw that broke the camels back. I tested and you all failed over and over again. He took the message, no idea of he will pass it on and again no apologies etc. when I leave. I am grateful I never moved over all my other accounts.

I opened my first account with Midfirst 25 years ago, and I'm continually amazed by the level of service. Recently, they notified me they had detected suspicious activity on my debit card. Fortunately, they have several branches where I could go get a new card right then and there--instead of having to wait several days for a new one to be mailed to me. They even have a local branch that is open on Sundays, so I didn't even have to wait another day. Unfortunately, when I got there, their computer system was down (hey, it happens!), but instead of just telling me to check back later, they took my name and number so they could call me when it was back up. Amazing!!!

Been banking here for 12 years now! Have had nothing but great service! Les is the best! Yes this branch is very busy and sometimes short staffed but they always manage to do the best they can. The fact they are opened until 8 pm also makes it worth a little wait. Can get my deposits in even if I work late.

Went to open a business account with a hefty check in hand. The older man seemed super uninterested and rather unfriendly. Also. An almost 3 week hold on BUSINESS account funds for a new account is absolutely ridiculous. How can you run a business if you can’t access your own money. Already have an appointment with a different bank.

I love, love, love Midfirst, but this branch simply isn't keeping up with the rest of them. Roughly 20 minutes in line (nobody in front of me) to deposit cash that I had already properly counted for myself only for them to come back what felt an eternity later and tell me that this count was supposedly wrong. And don't make the mistake of using the 2nd personal account lane because they'll assume you're fine with cars that came after you and the other lanes being taking care of and leaving before you. I wouldn't dream of changing banks but I'll definitely be going to other branches until some new faces enter this location's drive through window.

I waited almost a half an hour before they informed the banker I was there to open two new accounts. He seemed uninterested in my business. Already made an appointment at another branch.

I was going to Edmond and needed to go to the bank and decided to check out a new branch. The location is on the corner of 33rd and Broadway. If you turn east on 33rd you have to do up to the next light and cut across a parking lot or do a u-turn. The best way is to turn off Broadway into the parking lot as you're heading north. The branch is small but the people are nice and the building well-decorated

Very terrible bank tellers, they do not care to help customers they'll even lie to you to get you out of the bank. Would not recommend going into just go to a different Midfirst.

Really rude employees. They told me I had to to do several things online when infact I later learned that I did not have to do those things online and that they just didn't want to work and we're trying to get me to leave.
