Don't let the good hours fool you! This bank is not worth it unless you have a lot of money with them. Manager is unbelievably rude and just blames problems with you account on someone else. Do yourself a favor, go across the street and use Bank of Oklahoma instead.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the declining quality of service at my local MidFirst Bank branch. Each time I visit the branch to make a deposit, the process takes an unreasonably long amount of time. Over the past few years, I have observed a noticeable decrease in efficiency and customer service standards.
On several occasions, the banker assisting me has needed to contact another employee or department to determine how to proceed with even routine transactions. The experience inside the branch is no better than the drive-through in terms of time or convenience. It also appears that this location has difficulty maintaining experienced and knowledgeable customer service representatives.
As a long-time customer with multiple accounts and active automatic bill payments through MidFirst Bank, I am disappointed by this trend. Were it not for the inconvenience of transferring these accounts, I would seriously consider moving my banking business to a competitor such as Bank of Oklahoma.
I share this feedback in hopes that MidFirst Bank will take steps to address these issues and restore the level of service and professionalism that once set your institution apart.

I’ve banked at this location for years and have loved it! The only thing that has been problematic for me is how strongly scented the building is with air freshener plug ins. I leave smelling like them, and it flares up my allergies, which causes me to avoid going inside as much as I can. (Add in edit: Irene the manager called me after I posted this and told me she removed most of their air fresheners. She was very kind and took the time to make sure I was comfortable at this location, which I appreciate so much!)

The Gentleman that helped me was very kind. He had me laughing and engaged in short conversation. I felt like a valued customer. I wish I got his name for this review . A nice young man!

Customer service is excellent at this MidFirst branch. Lee keeps us updated on rates and maturity dates. Freddie was polite and efficient with our latest transaction. Five stars!
