Bethany was so kind and helpful with my concerns today. She really listened to me and went out of her way to show me where a medication was inside the store. Gertrude at the pharmacy was equally as kind and helpful with my prescription. The world is a better place with these two women in it. Thank you!

My previous clinic visit hasn't been the greatest before and was hesistant to go back for my general exam. I was glad to meet roberta palmer. She was attentive, funny , sweet and awesome NP. I would highly recommend her to anyone. You won't regret it.. thank you again for everything you have been very awesome ???...

This is my go-to clinic for vaccines, acute care, etc. I have always had superb customer service and care. The nurses are considerate, friendly, and comprehensive. I also love the online appointment system and kiosk check-in with digital list showing my place upon arrival.

I was very apprehensive in booking an appointment at this CVS MinuteClinic due to the very low ratings and reviews. However, options for COVID-19 testing on a Sunday are few and far between in OKC, especially when it is needed for travel purposes. I was very pleased to have had a great experience here. Carrie, the nurse practitioner, was very professional and friendly. Testing took just 10-15 minutes and I was out the door.

I’m impressed by how bad the customer service was. With this type of quality, there’s intention behind it.I’m a fellow health care professional, and long story short: arrived and checked in 5 minutes early, waiting 37 minutes for the staff Nurse to tell me they had to reschedule my appointment, and see the patient who had just arrived 2 appointment slots after my own.

Not a minute clinic. More like a get here 15 minutes early and then wait an additional 90 minutes clinic. In the time I spent waiting, I could have healed myself. Cluster all the way around. Seriously lacking in patient concern. So disrespectful of patient time and well being. If I get COVID, it will because of the total lack of protocols followed. Should be shut down in the name of public safety.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had, got charged for a Covid test from April that my insurance said they paid, cant get ahold of anyone from MinuteClinic after trying multiple times, my wife got ahold of them but they couldn't talk to her about it and said the customer service would be open until 8. Tried calling just after 4 today and got an automated message saying they are closed and said to text, tried that and texting is down. What a joke. Now my bill that I shouldn't even be paying is overdue.

I was there 10 mins before my appt time. And currently been waiting for over 30 mins while the healthcare provider, Tiffany Tabiai, and patient are in the room laughing and talking the entire time.Knocked on the door and asked how much longer it would be and Tiffany says "I don't know". Then she tries to kick me out and have me reschedule because of my "body language."Do not recommend.

Got to wait in car until my turn to be seen. Dr was kind, helpful, professional. Overall very pleasant experience, I would definitely feel comfortable returning to this clinic.

This place is an absolute scam. Its quick and they will take your insurance. Next thing I know, 30 days later I get a bill for 150$ saying that my insurance isn’t accepted even though the doctor put it in the system right in front of me and said it was “perfectly fine and was accepted”. Its a kiosk so there was no one i could talk to. I called the minute clinic system and no one would answer. Do yourself a favor and go to a real doctor that you can actually talk to about these issues when they come up out of nowhere.
