And I received no judgment when it became apparent that the reason my AirPods weren’t working was because the speaker mesh was 100% clogged with nastiness. “Took my son's phone into this location with no idea what was wrong with it. Liam was able to figure out that my son had messed with the system settings, which is why the phone wouldn't work. He could've easily said that it was unfixable and we'd just have to buy a new phone. But instead, he spent about an hour figuring out the problem and trying various fixes. In the end, he was able to get it taken care of, and I walked out with the same phone now fully functioning. Can't recommend this store, and especially Liam, enough! He's knowledgeable and honest and probably deserves a raise!”

Pavani was the employee that helped me with my latest purchase. She helped me with all of the setup, since I am unfamiliar with the latest technology. She was gracious and patient and very kind.
