“Took my son's phone into this location with no idea what was wrong with it. Liam was able to figure out that my son had messed with the system settings, which is why the phone wouldn't work. He could've easily said that it was unfixable and we'd just have to buy a new phone. But instead, he spent about an hour figuring out the problem and trying various fixes. In the end, he was able to get it taken care of, and I walked out with the same phone now fully functioning. Can't recommend this store, and especially Liam, enough! He's knowledgeable and honest and probably deserves a raise!”
“We were greeted cordially as soon as we came in. Josh was incredible. This guy knew the answer to every one of my questions and I did not have to wait for hours. I think I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes and I had a lot of questions and a lot of stuff to take care of. If I come there and Josh is busy, I’m going to wait for him just so I can make sure he handles my problems. Whatever they’re paying Josh at the store is not enough. The guy knows what it takes to serve a customer cordially, correctly, and without jumping through 100 hoops. Bravo Josh. I’m a fan for life. Go ATT!!!”
