We've been going to Pop for 15 years now. If there is one word I would use to describe him is that he is "honest." He will fix what is truly needed, not what the stealership says you need. And the work is always problem free and reasonably priced. What has worked best for me is to schedule with him in advance and be prepared to drop your car off for the day (or work out with him whether he can do a quick enough turnaround such that you can wait).

Pop is amazing! I called today overwhelmed because my wife’s car was down and I needed it towed to have him look at it! He said no problem. He was already really back up but he still said yes! He did an amazing job and had the car out the same day! If you are ever looking for a mechanic please go see Pop at NP Auto Services. He is honest and will always be fair on pricing! Very very grateful for this man and for NP Auto Service!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Family run, honest as can be. They saved me over 2k dollars compared to the quote I received somewhere else to fix my AC. They saved me hundreds on a second car two weeks later. Both had been taken to other mechanics prior and were too costly to fix, NP auto diagnosed the REAL issues and fixed them for so much less and explained every thing they did to find the issues. My family only drives used vehicles and I am thankful I found NP AUTO! They are busy but if you can make an appt and leave your vehicle it's worth it! I have used numerous other shops in Edmond over the last couple decades quite a bit and for a wide range of issues, NP AUTO def my only go to now.

Best place in OK to get your car fixed. He is very very very great. He is honest and knows what he is doing. He can fix AC, wiring or putting on parts. He fixes what is wrong and does not chase ghost and charge more. He is so good at repair he can do the job faster then most places.

Pop is top notch! We have several cars in our household and he has repaired them all in a timely manner, at a fair price. I started going to NP Auto 5 years ago, after Nissan Tried to charge me 4000 for a oil leak repair, Pop's fixed my car and it only cost 400 dollars. Pops always walks you through repairs and cost before he does them. My only regret is I didn't start taking my cars to him 10 years ago.

Don’t bring your car to his man, his name is Paul, he is a rip off. He charged me $850.00 for labor on a car that he had for over 4 months. Skipped my car to work on other cars, denied me from purchasing my own parts, because he wanted me to pay for his overpriced parts. When i refused to pay for his services he denied me from getting car back unless I paid for labor that he over charged me for, the total cost for the car to fix was $2,000, he declined me to pay with my credit card, I had to call the police so I can make a credit payment. When the authorities were involved, then I was able to pay with my credit card.

This place is great!! pop will get your vehicle running every time. he's a true mechanic, you won't even need to point him to the issue. he'll find it and get it taken care of! I will bring my car here EVERY time without hesitation
