There is always someone around to help you find something and greet you when you walk in the door.
I went in the other day with an odd request to have paper cut into strips for a church craft project and they took really good care of me.

Bekah greeted us immediately upon entry and made sure we were able to find exactly what we were looking for without being overbearing in the slightest.

We came in to get some pictures copied. We could tell right away that Jose was not happy to be working in the printing section. He was quick to direct us to a self-serve machine without asking what exactly we wanted done. He then told us we’d have to leave the pictures there because “he had a lot to do.” He was very monotone, didn’t seem very helpful, and wasn’t pleasant. We’re going to Staples instead.

Great staff this evening in the printing department. Very nice and understanding and very good at explaining what I needed to do to get my labels printed, after becoming very confused by the printing web site I used. I bought a flash drive at the main register this evening as well. The associate was very helpful too.

My husband and I stopped in 15 minutes until closing to buy a printer. Personally, I feel like a printer with extra ink cartridges is a substantial purchase, but obviously the cashier, *.*., did not think so. *.*. came up to me while my husband was trying to find the extra ink cartridges and asked if I was about ready to check out as it was exactly 9 pm at that point. I replied yes, to which *.*. told me to, “wrap it up.” I’m not sure whether this is a reflection of our youth or Office Depot’s hiring policies, but they almost lost a several hundred dollar purchase. I will not shop at this location again. This rude service reflects poorly on Office Depot’s management.
