Had something non Jeep related fabricated for the bar at my store and they had it done quickly and the craftsmanship was excellent. Friendly owners and awesome jeeps. When I buy one it’s coming here for work 👍👍

Had 3rd party front bumper, Baja Designs light bar (in bumper), and WARN winch installed on 22 4Runner. Install was awesome. I had an issue later with the dash switch connection, but upon inspection found that the wires of the third party switch had come loose. Nothing to do with install. It was a cheap non-OEM switch that I purchased online and provided. Found a different one now that I hope will hold up better.

They raised my lowered car with the equipment that was previously installed and aligned my vehicle in 48 hours, and it was extremely reasonably priced. They are knowledgeable and affordable.

Waited 2 hours for an appointment to get truck inspected. $120 for inspection. Total rip off. Would not recommend going here

(Note read attached addendum below)I have unfortunately had a repeated negative experience. I took delivery of my black rubicon gladiator and brought it in freshly detailed from delivery for a warn platinum winch, a metal cloak game changer lift , bead lock wheels and 37s. I gave half down on a $16,000 job and asked that they please keep it inside and clean. I was assured that they would. I returned to find it had bird poop on it and had been rained on and parked in the mud. The interior driver side door sill was also scuffed up. I called later to explain that I didn’t appreciate this and asked that they take better care of it next time. I was assured that they would. The vehicle was detailed yet again. Fast forward a few months and I choose to regear it and put in new axles as it was getting around 9mpg after going from 34 inch tires to 37’s.. I pay half down on a 6k job and am told that it would be available for pickup on the 23rd. I asked if they were sure this day would work as I have an inconsistent work schedule and may not be able to pick it up later. I asked them to please keep it inside and clean. I was told through text message that the vehicle would be kept “inside and warm.” I eventually am contacted and told that they are missing a part they ordered and they could use a used part from my current axles but they would charge me extra labor to do so. I explained that I wasn’t paying extra for someone else’s mistake. On the 26th of December they let me know that the vehicle was done and that I could pick it up. I was told to drive the vehicle very gently so that it could break in the gears with a proper wear cycle. I came to pick it up and found the vehicle sprayed in mud all the way up the mirrors, to the tail lights. When I asked why this happened if they kept it indoors and warm as they promised they would. They then tell me they actually only kept it indoors at night despite the “inside and warm” claim. They said that I could bring it back when I get back from my work trip in a few weeks and and after I have time to start putting in the 500 mile wear to have it detailed. So I guess maybe close to a month from now I can have the mud removed from what was a detailed vehicle yet again or just fix their problem myself. I guess I just need to get use the idea that despite repeatedly asking them to take care Of my vehicle and being reassured that they would along with over $20,000 in work done I guess I just need to expect that any detail work that is done before it is delivered to them is going to come back trashed. At this point I really wish I would have taken my business elsewhere.Addendum~ after this review Mike reached out regarding my experience and offered to have the vehicle cleaned and discussed the matter with employees at this shop since then I have had additional work performed and have been happy with the results. Sometimes mistakes do happen and sometimes communication between employees and management isn’t always as efficient as we all hope but they did come through and address my past negative experiences in a professional manner.

Would give zero stars if I could. I called and ordered a tire for my truck through them. Immediately paid the down payment for the tire. I took the wheel and tire off of my truck and took to the shop myself to have the tire installed on it. After a few hours of nothing, I called and they informed me that they scratched the wheel installing the tire. I told them where to order a new wheel and they said they would figure it out. Fast forward a few more hours, still nothing from them. Finally the “manager” calls me and gives me my options. Says I can either leave the wheel with them yet another day and miss work or they will take $60 dollars off of my bill to cover the polish job to fix it. I finally speak to the owner of the company and after arguing back and forth he finally decided to take the wheel right then and have it fixed. He gets the wheel fixed and delivers it to my address and I paid the remaining balance on the account with no problem. Looking at the wheel today, the wheel is covered in scratches and the scratch the put in the wheel that was “fixed” is now just a polished deep groove in the aluminum. The owner stated that the scratches were there before they worked on the wheel and they cleaned and took before photos but he somehow can’t provide me with those. He then sent me a picture of the scratch they are claiming they did and you can clearly see the rim was never cleaned in the first place so their claim of the rim being scratched already was a lie. It’s been nothing but lie and excuse with the owner of this company and my $1000 aluminum now has to be fixed out of my pocket. Save your money and go elsewhere. I can Assure you all the other reviews are probably true.
