How do you hold a business account but will not cash said business check... fees much higher than another account I have. Lackluster management. Purely pathetic ! You should remove Fidelity from your name.

Possibly the worst online experience I've ever had with any bank. The online banking portal is useless and slow. Their systems are archaic and they are happy to charge ridiculous fees to do anything over the phone. God help you if you have the unfortunate circumstance of having a loan transferred to this bank.

Absolute disappointment! An individual known as Ty who works their will treat you as a criminal if your account is compromised.

Brady is great! He resolved an issue I had with my account in an efficient and prompt manner. He and the other staff were also warm and friendly when visiting the bank.
