In normally will swing through this OnCue location on my way home with my service dog. However today I had to wait in the truck while a customer was allowed to walk their PET around inside the store on a leash that was about 30ft long. OnCue’s corporate policy does NOT allow pets inside their stores…only ADA Service Dogs. This location is violating that policy.

They do not have a "Grill" at this location Andrew Walker !!!!! They have their food brought to them from another location!!!!! ??????

This location is by far my favorite because of the employees. They always seem rather happy to be at work and are super friendly. I visit many many OnCue locations on a daily basis because of work and some of the locations have employees that are not happy to be there. This location is not that way and they all go above and beyond. And their bathrooms are always clean! Highly recommend this store.

This location has a nice slushy section with multiple flavors and even offer a cup that is split down the middle enable to accommodate two different flavors without the two flavors mixing.
Better location then other OKC OnCue locations but that is probably because it's in theory more in Edmond. This location is always super busy any time we stop in. But we are always able to find a place to park and a gas pump when needed.

The redheaded guy with dreads and glasses is super annoying. Always conversing with coworkers rather than doing his job, never gives the customer attention which is probably why he never puts your gas on the right pump. Or, he tells me the pump will shut off early. I feel like he's trying to do something scammish every time I go in to pay for gas.

Don’t go here if low on funds. I pumped 8$ worth of gas just now and the hold on my card wiped out my account. They got their money and I got my gas but now they hold my account for 100$+ dollars. I’m left with no money. I just used this station two days ago and didn’t have this issue. Ridiculous, can’t buy groceries now. Balance at zero till they decide to what??? Count the money I already gave them. Absurd rule. Never had this problem ever. Will never go back to a Oncue.

I'm from Japan, and I'm not so much good at English.When I asked if I could take picture of the store, the clerk answered like "No".But I wasn't able to understand. When another clerk kindly tell me "No picture", I was able to understand I shouldn't take picture of the store.I'd like to say "I'm so sorry", and "thank you" to the clerks.I deleted all pictures I had taken at the store.I'd like to go to the store again!

What happened to your pizza slices? Every week getting smaller and smaller. When first started you got a nice bulky slice now it's half the size and 5 bucks. Come on guys do better.
