All I knew was my car was low on freon. Paige helped me find the right kind for my car and apply it correctly. I'm very appreciative of the help and having working a/c 😊

The customer service at this store is horrible. I walk in didn't get greeted by the two workers of the store, I needed help finding things no help there either. The manager needs to talk with his employees about customer service.

What a PHENOMENAL STANDARD of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I needed my license plate frame replaced. Stopped by and the customer service rep who helped me was personable and spent more than 15 minutes helping me change my frame. In spite of it being evident I have the ability to change the frame myself, the gentleman respectfully insisted on providing support. Customer care is a dying breed; happy to know it still exists at this O'Reilly's. Great management at this location! I will return tor all of my auto needs!

Not a helpful or very friendly store. Most of the people including the manager i interacted with seemed like they didn't wanna do anything more than just " look up parts". I like other O'Reilly's stores. It just this one in particular that's not going to be any business from me.
