Was in there recently. My sweetheart and I were having a conversation that the shop owner only heard a snippet of. She proceed to make some snide comments that weren’t even in context because she only heard part of the conversation. I found this to be unfortunate. It made me uncomfortable and I do not plan to return.
The one star is for the dog. Sweet puppy!

Such an amazing store full of wonderful things. The owner is so kind and helpful. There's a lot of events and different activities the store hosts as well.

It's rare to find a Scrapbook Store and this one is a fully stocked store with all your paper crafting needs. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable as well. There are crafting events happening all the time. Whenever I'm in town, I make sure to shop at Paper Arts.

Can't get in so don't know what to rate your business. Hours posted online, on their door- yet the doors are locked durum these hours? Is this a business or a hobby business with times posted only accurate if company says so? Things happen. We get that. But also know that we are planning our "off" time to support small businesses such as yourself and it's a waste of our time (isn't all time precious?) to wait on you to open - past your posted time.

Always the best selection and the owner is helpful and friendly. They carry a wide variety of specialty scrapbooking, Card Making and stamping supplies. I highly recommend checking this store out!!! Tina

Susan creates awesome projects for her classes and has great inventory of craft supplies avaliable for purchase. My daughter went to the pumpkin trio class tonight and cannot wait to get signed up for the next class. High quality crafts for the experienced and the amateur!

Do not trust this owner. I ordered items and paied for them. Them never recived them. Her oreder system say you will get your order in 9 day . You must pay 9.99. It tiik over 2 months and I still never got certain items. Then when you call she will block you on everthing. All she wants is money. Contace the BBB and you will see. They triedto contact her. She wouldn't answer them. The bank tried to contact her sher still refused to answer them. Thjey both did many times. Then she called me a stocker on her video. When I only contacted her reduarding my orders, You keep trying, But she refused to answer. Right after this she says she fired her shippers. But she never bother when I was having so many problems getting my things. This place is a scam. She is a fack. Better items else where. Don't shop on her web sit. You may never get anything.
