Ordered stationery late October got order number no tracking info. Phone disconnected website doesn’t work why did they charge credit card if going out of business? Unacceptable beware!

Dear Paper Concierge, Adrian B, and Customer Support,It has been more than 24 hours for you to respond to my e-mail and you still have not. Will you please advise on the status of my stationery order #488160 e-mailed in on 12-11-21?You do not respond to e-mails when you say you will and you do not answer the phone anymore as I had problems with another stationery order that was ordered on 10-15-21 and it took numerous calls and e-mails to get the correct stationery. I basically had to nag you into making my order correct. Your company sent me the incorrect name on the stationery and it took more than 2 months to get the correct item that I originally ordered.I am taking it as you do not care or want my business. I have one more Groupon to use with you all and I will ask for a refund. I will also send Google reviews and Groupon reviews on how you handle your business by sharing this e-mail to you. Your lack of customer service is unacceptable. You are not easy to conduct business with and I am completely dissatisfied. This is not a threat. It is a true reflection of how you handle your business.Jill M.

Placed order on June 6, 2020 and ended up sending an email to inquire about my orders due to it being past the typical 7-14 business days and still no package being sent out. That email was responded to with an apology for a backlog due to a printer issue but I was reassured that my packages would go out the early part of the following week. Here we are at the end of that week, still no packages. I have sent them 3 other emails inquiring again but I have not gotten anymore responses. I also called the customer service # but it is POINTLESS because all it does is tell you to email them, which they do not respond to. I am now having to reorder what I needed from another company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

Awful customer service. We ordered 5 different personalized cards with envelopes. When it arrived we were missing two of them. So, we contacted them and they said they would be sending them soon. When the package arrived all that was in the package was more envelopes. When we contacted them a second time they insisted that the package had been delivered with the two cards that we are missing. Still haven't heard back from them since then. Please get your personalized paper products elsewhere.

Ordered phone cases, luggage tags and cutting board. Excellent work, timely delivery. Impressed with the customer service and quality of the products. Will definitely use again!

This company has horrible customer service. Cannot talk to anyone, you have to leave a message and they do not call back. Takes over a week go get emailed back. I placed an order and it took over 15 business days (23 calendar day) for my order to ship. I asked for them to cancel my order and refund my money and they wouldn't. Very dissatisfied with this company.

I am recommending you do not do business with this company if you want your invitations to be sent in a timely manner, and with the correct envelopes. After opening the package on a Saturday, I found the envelopes were not the correct size. I emailed the company, including the designer, and also called leaving my message. On Monday I emailed that if they could not be mailed overnight, then I would buy 30 envelopes and give them the receipt for reimbursement, Since they did not respond until noon on Monday I had already gone out and purchased the envelopes ($14.97). I was told they were not going to reimburse me or send new envelopes overnight. My only option was to wait for their two day mailing, which may/may not arrive Wednesday. I am leaving town Wed and will not return until Sunday. SO the invitations will be a week late. The event is May 6.When I told her I was going to write a bad review, she responded with "go ahead if that makes you feel better". I would not recommend this company with that attitude!
