“We live in Missouri but were going to be vacationing in Oklahoma; just found out a few days before leaving that one our dogs has inoperable cancer and might have a few months - might have a few weeks... I called Three Dog Bakery in Edmond to order a cake for our dog.. I explained the situation and they couldn't have been nicer... last Monday, when we got to Oklahoma, we took Molly to pick up the cake - it was beautiful and Molly loved it and ate on it all week long. I also bought some of the cookies which all of our dogs love.”
“Definitely worth visiting if you are a pet owner. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted as soon as we entered and when we left. The pet food choices are focused on healthy more natural food options for your pets. They even offer refrigerated foods for both cats and dogs.As cat owners we were impressed with their selection of dry cat food options but even more impressed that the store offers dry cat food samples that allow you to try a new type of cat food without having to commit to buying a whole large bag of cat food that your cat may or may not eat. This is something you won't find in any other pet store in the Edmond area, and really sets this place apart from their competition. We really appreciated how open the layout of the store was since my wife is in a wheelchair. This open layout is also ideal for bringing your dog with you to the store, since it allows space to be maintained between dogs of different owners in an effort to avoid conflicts. There is also a knob at the checkout counter for securing a dog leash enable to checkout without having to play tug-a-war with your dog while digging for your wallet.Lastly the bathrooms were extremely clean and accommodating for wheelchair users.”

“We have become regular visitors to ALL the PetSmart locations in and around OKLAHOMA City recently because we have become increasingly active in aquatic life/aquarium culture and fish and aquatic life and landscaping as a hobby. Our most recent visit was awesome and I am very impressed by the staff at the Edmond location. They are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. What I liked most was their attitude and willingness to give advice, but also the fact that they were always willing to LISTEN TO US, and help us with our questions and give feedback, but also allow us to make our own decisions! We have been to the “other pet stores” and they overcharge, and I just wasn’t impressed with ANYTHING about the company or staff. Just saying… PetSmart is the place to GO!”

“I wanted to share my online order/pick up experience. I had ordered some dog food online and got the notification it was ready the next day. When I walked in the store, there was a long line to check out. I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait in that line, and sure enough, I didn't! I looked around and noticed a large shelf at the front of the store. On it, there were multiple orders for people. I was able to go up, look for my order, and just grab it. It was that easy! I hadn't ordered online before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was a simple process and took me under 30 seconds in the store to get my product and leave.”

“I’m so glad to have Hollywood Feed just a couple miles away! The employees are amazing and actually have attended classes to learn about nutrition so they are very knowledgeable. They carry only the safest, healthiest foods and treats for my fur babies. Every time I shop here I learn something. Also there is a return policy if your fur baby doesn’t love it you can return it. They then donate to shelters what you return. They also deliver! I love everything about this company! Go there, you’ll be a forever fan too.”
