I had the absolute pleasure of bringing my dog to VetCo Total Care and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Dr. Brown and her wonderful staff, Grace and Rhaven, are all incredibly nice, warm, and genuinely caring. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease.
Dr. Brown is outstanding! She explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood every step of the process. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing, she was so calm, confident, and professional the entire time. She truly has that “star doctor” energy, like a rock star in the veterinary world! Super cool, approachable, and skilled.

“I know the store workers are limited on how above and beyond they can go when giving the floor animals their enclosures, corporate knows what the need to do on that front. However, this store definitely has some reptile and amphibian lovers and you can tell by the effort put into the enclosures they’ve been given to work with. Plenty of hides and no overcrowding… this made me so so happy to see! Keep up that attention to detail ❤️ They may be small and come and go from the stores, but sometimes that tank is their entire life and they deserve a comfy one.”

I tried to make an appointment but it didn't Work. At least I could not make it work so I went somewhere else For a bath and haircut. i was totally fine with the vet and my dog's exam.”

“The employees there are always nice. We had one employee help us learn how to help our dog with feeding schedules because he was having problems digesting his food. They told us how to feed him properly and what brand of food might be better for him. Also today there was a lady named Naomy working the register and she was really sweet!!”

“I’m so glad to have Hollywood Feed just a couple miles away! The employees are amazing and actually have attended classes to learn about nutrition so they are very knowledgeable. They carry only the safest, healthiest foods and treats for my fur babies. Every time I shop here I learn something. Also there is a return policy if your fur baby doesn’t love it you can return it. They then donate to shelters what you return. They also deliver! I love everything about this company! Go there, you’ll be a forever fan too.”
