If I could do a negative stars I would. They was suppose to trim my dog and this is what I got back. They still tried to charge me for this??? She was a little matted from swimming in the pool. She has never snapped at or been aggressive towards anyone. She is 11 years old. They tried to say she was aggressive so they didn’t finish, but they want paid? The guy said he was on lunch and didn’t remember my dog but the female said she was aggressive. After I said she has never done anything like that he then said he remembers her and she did that today but “ He was on Lunch” really Bro??? She’s a Minnie Aussie, you don’t SHAVE them!
