The reps never answer, always answer in a bad mood, they always make you wait past the 24/48 hours they quote, never call back, bad customer service, don't meet your needs or listen to your concerns, don't have the customer best interest. Don't recommend

Terrible experience. My insurance went from 6400 yearly to 15000 yearly without so much as a phone call or email. I reached out initially on March 10th. I followed up on March 14th after not getting the information I needed, and received an out of office message at that time indicating emails would be returned March 24th. I finally got a email back March 27th after sending correspondence to the owner.
I find it incomprehensible that such a significant increase to my premium was applied without any prior notification or justification from Will, my agent. I got a full breakdown of the 2024 policy changes sent in November 2023, attaching renewal documentation and proof of payments. Apparently this is no longer being done in 2024. And to further insult me, when I finally get a response you tell me you have shopped rates and now you are able to find a premium for ~$10,000 yearly. Why weren't you shopping rates in August? I sent this question to my agent and all claimed owners of the business and never received a response.
As a loyal customer, I expect communication, especially in matters as critical as this. Your failure to provide any explanation or answer my emails is egregiously unprofessional and you should be ashamed of the lack of accountability on your part.
Please consider this when making a choice for your insurance needs.

If I can give zero stars believe me I would. I had insurance with this place. I constantly asked to get a call back. A agent never did their rates are ridiculously high and they have poor customer serviyes. Still to this time. I'm waiting on the agent to call me back. So I canceled them never to deal with them again!!!

For 4 years I maintained my home insurance policy with this agency, unfortunately I cannot recommend it since my agent here was very irresponsible, they let my policy expire without notifying me in time, they never answered the calls from the Bank to send the payment from the account escrow and everything became a disaster due to the lack of communication on their part, I had to go personally and my agent had the day off, someone there did something to help me but ultimately and after reviewing my case with the CFPB I can conclude that The Bank and SAFECO helped me more than my own agent, be very careful with these types of agencies.

I'm sure there are qualified agents at Premier Insurance, but that wasn't my experience in dealing with Brad Martin. He was referred to me by a mutual friend and if this is how he treats me, I can't imagine how he would treat other people. In July I purchased a vehicle for my son, I emailed Brad's assistant to tell them that I bought a vehicle for my him and he turns 16 in September. Received a reply asking for information that they needed from me and they would get it added to the policy. Fast forward to October and my son gets in a wreck. I filed a claim and then was informed that he was never added as an approved driver and that it was my fault for not providing them with his license, something I was never asked to provide. Brad assured me that they would get it taken care of with Progressive Insurance and not to worry about it. In February I received a notice from Progressive that the claim would in fact be denied because my son wasn't on the policy. I emailed Brad a copy of the letter and he said there was nothing he could do. In my response, I let him know that I would be talking with an attorney about my options. I've attached his email reply. I can't imagine running a business and treating customers the way he does and how short sighted it is with future lost business. He's an extremely arrogant person, but he does "have the letter of law on his side and hires the best attorneys in oklahoma". There's a lot of insurance brokers out there, I would highly advise you to look for a different company.

Jamie Williamson was our agent out of the Wynnewood office. Highly DO NOT recommend. Per our policy we needed a site inspection - not a problem. We had been in contact with the inspector. Jamie forwarded email communication to another business in the community asking them to help. Like what? We only knew because the contact at that business reach out to let us know. When we called Jamie, rightfully upset, he made up a bunch of lies about how we hadn’t talked to the inspector in over 6 months and how we wrote down this business as a second contact person. Considering we have no business with this company, that makes no sense. When we told Jamie this was not true. He then told us he was going to cancel our policy, to find a new insurance, company and hung up. Not only is this completely unprofessional but also illegal. We are in contact with the Oklahoma Insurance Department as well. STAY AWAY FROM JAMIE WILLIAMSON!!
