when this was Prime bank services ran smoothly. Tinker took over and nothing works properly they change over cost me thousands in late taxes

They don't accept your deposits and manually accept or fail mobile deposits without any warning or any notification. I wouldn't use this bank since they don't honor their deposits as outline in their customer literature. I have already contacted them twice and still have not corrected their known issues.

Best bank I have ever had! Michael is the most helpful and personable bank teller that I've experienced. All I have to do is drive up and he knows exactly what to do. These people are fantastic

If someone had tipped me to the troubles I'd have at this bank, I'd never have used it. Once my incredibly wonderful banker left to take a position in another bank, I had NO support from the Loan Officers. The loan department has wonderful support staff, but the way I was treated as a first time business owner overall is extremely disappointing! I would NEVER recommend this bank after my experiences in last 3 years.

Very easy to work with and very personable. We were able to set up multiple accounts through e-mail and then just sign and deliver them. They also walked us through a loan program with no hiccups at all. Thank you for continuing the tradition of what banking used to, and should, be.

They did my home refi. Facility was very accommodating and the people were all friendly and VERY easy to work with. I recommended a friend do her car load there and she was also very pleased. Definitely recommend.
