This is a great storage unit in Edmond. Nice, clean and easy to find. Mary, the location manager, was extremely helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend.

A great Public Storage location in Edmond Ok. Mary who is the manager at this location is very personable and professional. She will return your calls and is very helpful if you have any issues with your rented storage unit. Will consider this location should the need for extra storage once again arises.

Mary was so sweet, personable, and helpful. We wanted to view a storage unit before we setup an account and she was happy to help us. She showed us the unit and went over pricing and any extra information we needed. We enjoyed our experience with her and decided to rent with them.

Just about the worst storage space to rent from. It doesn’t matter what rate they quote you at the beginning. They will almost immediately aggressively raise the price consistently, even while they offer lower prices to new customers.
For half of my time there one of the doors to the climate controlled unit was broken and didn’t latch, so I couldn’t use the door closest to my unit. Took them over a year to fix it.
Move out in the middle of the month? They’ll charge you for the full month.
You would be better off with absolutely any other storage company.

They gave me a great rate on a very large unit. I chose them because the price was better than most. Unfortunately, after a few months, they jacked the price up so high that I'm struggling to pay it now. I would not recommend Public Storage nor will I ever use them again.
